7+ Senses is a 7-day Erasmus+ Training Course designed to deepen our understanding of sensory awareness as a tool for resilience, connection, and well-being.

Hello there 👋 

I am looking for volunteers that will manage the Erasmus Instagram of different countries,

The purpose is to have, beside @erasmus_plus_projects also new active accounts per single country, with one person managing one country page. 

Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Having participated already in at least 2-3 projects
- Being citizen and resident in the country of interest
- Be ready to spend at least 30min/1hour everyday on the page
- Being available for short learning online meetings with the other countries managers. 

Advantages:
- Learning how to grow and manage a page
- Networking with organizations
- Knowing about projects in advance
- Possibility of future collaborations
- Group with all the country manager to exchange projects and tips

You'll get a full training on how to setup, boost and manage the page. 

For the moment I am looking for people from the following countries:
