The price-to-average network value multiple for Bitcoin has halved, from 3.98x at the beginning of 2021 to 2.12x today. This decrease in the multiple suggests a strong, stable foundation for future growth rather than an overheated market poised for profit-taking.
There is currently much less unrealized profit in the market, indicating we are in the early-to-mid stage of a bull market, even though BTC is still trading around the $70,000 level.
