PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT - nearcore: Extracts SW Validation into Standalone Actor

• Extracted State Witness validation from the ClientActor into a new ChunkValidationActor.
• Consolidated normal and orphan witness handling in chunk_validation_actor.rs.
• Made the new actor multithreaded to pre-validate multiple state witnesses in parallel.

This pull request improves latency by dedicating a multithreaded actor to State Witness validation, reducing the load on the ClientActor.

CHUNK PRODUCTION REFACTOR - nearcore

• Removed redundant log fields and shortened log messages.

• Grouped adversarial controls into a struct.
• Changed produce_chunk handling to use continue instead of return for multi-shard producers.

PARALLEL PROCESSING - nearcore: apply-range for all shards

• Automatically processes all shards in parallel for apply-range.
• Original behavior available via --shard-id if needed.

This pull request speeds up apply-range and provides a more realistic benchmark scenario by applying chunks across all shards in parallel - no immediate action required unless using single-shard processing.
