So I'm trying to Sell my bitcoin. I took someone elses offer. I sent bitcoin from an external wallet to the deposit address. I sent amount to be sold + security deposit. How come, when I click on the transaction in my own external wallet, I see the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, but when I click on The Bisq transaction ID hash, 1. it's a different hash from the one in my external wallet, and 2. it's not confirmed yet?

Читать полностью…If I understand your question: no it won't automatically increase the chances of your sell offer to be taken. However, as Bisq support mentioned, being a signed user might make potential buyers take your offer instead of someone else's

Depends on your circumstances but for most people there are probably better options like bank transfer, or even PayPal. Why do you want to use Amazon gift cards?
Читать полностью…A signed Bitcoin seller is more interesting for unsigned buyers, provided the offer is for an amount which unsigned buyers can buy, because that way they can get signed too, and you can ask a premium over unsigned sellers because of it.
Otherwise signed sellers have no safety benefit for buyers over unsigned ones, given how the security deposit works

Читать полностью…can I send lightning to bisq (where bisq is natively lightning as well)? Is that a planned feature? I am using lightning to transfer off of exchanges and over to my own btcpayserver. With this, I can send to cold storage once fees are low again.
