I suppose you'll need to use Bisq (1) to interact with the DAO.
Maybe this gets integrated later.
@Bisq I wanted to buy xmr with btc for the first time, just to see that for new users the limit is set to a ridiculous amount of 0.1btc with no possibility of taking any order (all greyed out) since all orders require a higher minimum trading amount.
As a new xmr user it's a kinda joke, it will turn them just to other services.
They are not going to wait months of being able to buy xmr, or creating many small offers just to lose a lot on bitcoins high tx fees.
The trading limit for new users, should really be increased on xmr. There is also basically no scam risk.
Every mempool has their own rules, and there's just one node required to include a tx in the blockchain so you can never tell if a tx will eventually be included in a block, unless it's impossible to spend those utxo anymore.
Читать полностью…You can cpfp from receiving wallet, Bisq doesn't support rbf. Or if tx gets forgotten by mempool, you will have to resync SPV and try again
Читать полностью…Yes, unless the maker fee was paid with an invalid utxo in which case the offer was invalid in the first place
Читать полностью…Wait until spv resync is complete, then switch to a new wallet as long as you don't have open offers or trades, bitcoinj works bad with old wallets and many transactions
Читать полностью…Not. We'll do without the Bitcoin wallet in Bisq 2 to use an external software, so adding an xmr one is out of the question 😅
Читать полностью…Yes, but it shows there is no general 14 days rule.
My experience is, if you spend at least 1sat/vb on fees, enough nodes will keep it forever until it gets confirmed into a block.
Mempool won't get deleted.
One of my tx with 2sat fees got confirmed after staying for 6 months in the mempool
Hey,
I sent an utxo via my BISQ wallet at the time of higher fees/congestion without increasing my fee as I didn’t bother to check first as fees had been low and then spiked.
Is there any way of increasing the fee by RBF or CPFP?
If not, my understanding is that after 14 days, the mempool will be purged so I should be in a position to resend with a higher fee?
thanks, it turns out that sparrow doesn't like the final apostrophe ( ' ) even though the default shows it :
Читать полностью…There is no specific guide on the Wiki for that but it's planned to be published shortly
