Deposit is never lost, in your case it looks like it never happened at all, search the deposit txid on mempool.space to see if it's there... If it's not our if there is no txid in the trade details, it means no funds were ever spent in the first place

The deposit Transaction (the 2-of-2 multisig Transaction) is missing.
Without this deposit Transaction the trade cannot be completed.
