Those that are not locked in a deposit tx, yes, easily. If you had trades ongoing, you will need to search for past transactions to find those locked deposit txs and message a mediator to alert them so you can be contacted when meditations are opened

I don't see the devs enthusiastic about adding that feature but you can make a request for it over at github.
I do have a tip for you though, requires some work still but will do its job: put a watch on the btc addresses that contain the reserved funds for your offers

I'll rather use UltraVNC (local only) or DWAgent.
However, none of these provide a notification service, e. g. that sends a push message to a phone when someone takes your offer. With remote viewers, you constantly have to watch the bisq Desktop app screen. Annoying.
Best would be if bisq (the app itself) sends out an email as a notification. Woah that would be great. sendmail would be easy to integrate, or not?

the notification app is not officially supported anymore, so the fact alone that it still works to some extent is a big pro... for strict privacy oriented people there is the possibility of configuring a vpn with wireguard and connect to a xpra server

you have to create an account with your "friend"'s details in bisq, and make sure your "friend" knows what his money is being used for, and agrees. Regarding btc atm, yes no problem, just provide it with an address from your bisq wallet
