Manage the Documentation Control program related to critical drawing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
Engineering Degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering). Masters or Ph.D desirable
15-20+ years Facilities Surveillance Engineering and support experience with most (or significant number) of years in Upstream Oil and Gas supporting production operations
Field Experience with day-to-day operations support in upstream oil and gas with facilities engineering surveillance, process safety, production loss management, debottlenecking, opportunity identifications, MOC support, Opportunity progression, Crude/Water/Gas quality management; critical drawings stewardship
Field Troubleshooting knowledge and skills in broad range of areas besides process such as machinery, instrumentation/controls
Process engineering/simulation experience
Experience with water and gas treatment, water injection
International work experience. Experience in Middle-east preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

To review the preparation of the Commissioning for systems which he is in charge of. This includes:
procedures, reporting tools (ICAPS, planning, punch list control), requisition for equipment, spares, special tools and review of the Commissioning Dossier with particular attention to Operational Test Procedures.
System / Sub System preparation, Start Up and Commissioning sequence.
Ensure adequate involvement of Field Operations in Commissioning documentation review (particularly for OTs).
To provide assistance to the Contractor during the detailed preparation of the Commissioning planning, in order to optimize the schedule by maximizing the Commissioning activities to a minimum.
To assist the Commissioning Manager in identifying and addressing all internal/external interface issues with respect to Commissioning.

To ensure that adequate care and maintenance/preservation and operation of equipment are carried out until handover to Field Operations.
To controls Commissioning activities and identifies priorities to meet systems AOC status as per schedule for the systems he is in charge of.
To ensure Vendor’s recommendation for preservation procedures are applied and followed via CTR tool.
To ensure Vendor’s/equipment/package punch list coordination and input into ICAPS.
To review and comment all Instrument OTP’s and start-up procedures issued by CONTRACTORS before execution of Operational Test at site.
To check commissioning of Package Control System PLCs. Test and prove ESD sequences, automatisms and sequential as well.
To sign all ICAPS sheets attached to Instrument activities, responsible for the Instrument Diagrams conformity checks.
To coordinate with ICAPS & Punch list coordinators for issuance, categorization, management of instrument punch lists and clearance of items including FAT punch list clearance for control systems.
To Prepare all Instrument and ICSS the Work Pack for the Shutdown.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Provide Instrument Design Engineers on operational modifications and projects as required by the Area Engineering Support – Team Leader, Instrumentation and Control Engineers as a Designer Engineer
Execute instrument design activities during all stages of Instrument scope design and or existing system modifications
Develop drawings and other associated deliverables required for issuing Electrical construction workpacks, as required by Area Electrical Engineer
Carry out Site surveys as required under operational modifications and projects associated with Instrument scopes
Assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems
Carry out work in accordance with company and project Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems
Maintain the required technical quality or work
Identify scope and schedule changes in accordance with Change Control Process
Ensure that designs comply with the relevant procedures, standards and regulations
Ensure, as far as practically possible, that all assigned work is carried out in compliance with agreed schedule
Keep up to date with technical developments, National and International standards and legislative requirements related to the discipline

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
• Minimum HNC in Instrument Engineering or related subject
Experience:
• Experience with working on projects for the Oil & Gas Sector
• Experience with working within an Operational Support or Project team as C&I designer and on C&I across a range of industry sectors. on Small, Medium / Large operational modifications and projects for the full life cycle of engineering systems
• Be a Self-motivated team player working under own initiative with minimal supervision
• Experience with development of Instrument Design deliverables as required on a Scope-by-scope basis
• Good understanding with respect to applicable international codes and standards and their application
• Highlight existing short falls within designed system to the Area Engineering Support Team where found during on site investigations
• High level of competency with respect to AutoCAD 2D applications
• Experience of managing, checking and delivering of the following deliverables: -
o Cable Block diagrams, Instrument schedule, Cable and Drum Schedules, Layout and Routing Drawings, Support & Transit Drawings, MTO Schedules, Standard installation details, Termination Drawings, Panel and JB General Arrangement Drawings, Instrument Earthing and Power Distribution Drawings, Hook-up Drawings, Loop Drawings, Workpacks, SOW documents, Label & Furrule Schedules
• Experience of developing Electrical deliverables and construction workpacks, including:
o Cable Routing Layout, Earthing Layout, Equipment Layout, Lighting Layout and similar
o Single Line Diagram, Wiring and Interconnection Diagram
o Cable Schedule, Material Take off
• Strong understanding of plant design and equipment layout and ability to coordinate with other discipline design groups to progress a joined-up system and or plant design
• Liaising with other disciplines as required

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Requires in-depth knowledge of the Refining, Petrochemical/Chemical, Energy Transition, and Process services industry and customer base in Iraq.
Requires in-depth understanding of how to operationally execute business in Iraq in the Energy/Oil and Gas Markets.
The role requires to operate in strict accordance with KBR’s Code of Business Conduct, QHSE and sales and operational policies and procedures.
Lead the sales process from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, preparation of internal approval documents, and contract signature.
Deliver a steady stream of opportunities (requisitions for proposal) for various phases of project delivery (pre-FEED, FEED, EPCM)
Support operationally project execution requirements in Iraq as needs dictate.
50% travel required to meet regularly with customers.

Wood is currently recruiting for Start-Up Team Lead to strengthen our team. This is a B2B position on a 4/4 rotation in Iraq.
Experienced Start Up Team Lead with proven record of delivery in the Oil and Gas industry, particularly in Commissioning, Start Up, Operations and troubleshooting activities. Ability to provide continuous support to Operations team to optimize the plant.
Must have strong experience in oil and gas industry i.e. 3 Phase Separation Facilities, Produced Water Facilities and Chemical Injection Facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Manage handover of the facilities from the Commissioning Team utilizing Go Completions to be “ready to introduce hydrocarbons”
Support the preparation of Start-up Procedures and Method statements
Manage the successful and safe Start Up of the new facilities
Ensure the specification and ordering of all required Start-up and early Operations spares
Manage and coordinate first fills and lubes requirements for Start Up and early operations.
Oversee on the job training requirement for Operators on the new facilities
Support Operations of new facilities once they reach “steady state” operations
Manage and follow through on Engineering Queries as necessary during Start Up and Early operations of the facilities
Coordinate with Maintenance Department on all requirements during early operations
Implement the ROO HSE Management System during all phases of the work
QUALIFICATIONS
