بحثنا مع سعادة السفير التركي في بغداد، السيد أنيل بورا إينان، العلاقات الثنائية بين بغداد وأنقرة، وسبل تفعيلها بما يخدم مصالح الشعبين الصديقين، حيث أكدنا أهمية استثمار المشتركات لتعزيز هذه العلاقة، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على الشعبين التركي والعراقي وعموم المنطقة.
كما شددنا على أهمية طريق التنمية باعتباره مشروعاً استراتيجياً دولياً، وأعربنا عن أملنا بأن يسهم هذا الطريق في خدمة أبناء الشعب العراقي بمختلف مكوناته.
دعونا إلى مراعاة الظرف المناخي في العراق وارتفاع حرارة الصيف في الإطلاقات المائية، وبيّنا الحاجة إلى تفعيل الاتفاقيات المشتركة في هذا المجال.
كما شددنا على أهمية التكامل في مجال الطاقة، والسعي إلى تحويل التحديات إلى فرص واعدة لكلا البلدين، وأكدنا أن العراق وتركيا يمتلكان الكثير من الإمكانات في هذا المجال.
وفي ما يتعلق بالوضع الإقليمي، أكدنا دعمنا لإحلال السلام والاستقرار في سوريا، وتمكين مكوناتها وحفظ حقوقها، كما جددنا قناعتنا بصوابية خطوة حزب العمال الكردستاني بحل نفسه وإلقاء السلاح.
وأكدنا أيضاً ضرورة التعاون في مواجهة الإرهاب بكل أشكاله، مشيرين إلى أن العراق يمتلك قاعدة بيانات وتجربة واسعة في مواجهة الإرهاب وتكتيكاته.
كما جددنا التأكيد على أهمية الانتخابات القادمة، كونها انتخابات مفصلية تؤسس لمرحلة جديدة تتسم بالاستقرار المستدام وإدامة عجلة البناء والإعمار.

We met with His Excellency Mr. Anıl Bora İnan, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Baghdad, to discuss ways to strengthen the bilateral relationship between Baghdad and Ankara in a manner that serves the mutual interests of both nations. We highlighted the value of building on shared interests to deepen ties, creating positive outcomes for the peoples of Iraq and Turkey and contributing to regional stability.
We underscored the importance of the Development Road, describing it as a strategic international initiative with the potential to benefit Iraqis across all communities.
We also called for attention to Iraq’s climate challenges, particularly the extreme summer heat, when managing water releases, and stressed the importance of activating existing joint agreements on this issue.
In the energy sector, we emphasized the need for greater integration and encouraged both countries to turn challenges into opportunities, noting the significant capacities Iraq and Turkey hold in this area.
On regional affairs, we reaffirmed our support for efforts to establish peace and stability in Syria, safeguard the rights of its various communities, and welcomed the Kurdistan Workers’ Party’s move to dissolve and disarm as a positive step.
We also stressed the importance of close cooperation in the fight against terrorism, pointing out Iraq’s extensive experience and well-established database in addressing terrorist threats and tactics.
Lastly, we reiterated the crucial nature of the upcoming elections, viewing them as a defining milestone that can pave the way for a new era of lasting stability and continued progress in reconstruction and development.

التقينا مساء اليوم وفد طلبة قسم اقتصاديات النفط والغاز في كلية العلوم الإدارية والمالية بجامعة الإمام الصادق (عليه السلام)، واستمعنا منهم إلى هموم ومشاكل هذه التخصصات، حيث أكدنا أهمية أن تحظى هذه التخصصات بفرص مناسبة في الدراسات العليا (الماجستير والدكتوراه) وفتح قنوات خاصة بذلك.
ودعونا الحكومة العراقية إلى احتضان واستثمار الكفاءات العلمية، والعمل على توفير فرص العمل من خلال مخاطبة الشركات النفطية العاملة في العراق، وتفعيل نصوص العقود المبرمة معها، والتي تنص على تشغيل وتدريب الملاكات العراقية، كما حثثنا المؤسسات الحكومية على شمول قسم اقتصاديات النفط والغاز في التعيينات الحكومية.

التقينا بسعادة السيد ألبروس كوتراشيف، سفير روسيا الاتحادية في بغداد، وبحثنا سبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية بين بغداد وموسكو، وتبادلنا وجهات النظر حول تطورات الأحداث على الصعيدين العراقي والإقليمي.
جددنا رؤيتنا بشأن الأوضاع في العراق وما يشهده من استقرار سياسي وأمني واجتماعي، إضافة إلى التطور العمراني والخدمي والتنموي، كما أكدنا ضرورة تحقيق السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة.
كما أشرنا إلى أهمية الانتخابات القادمة، إذ تكمن أهميتها في كونها تؤسس للاستقرار المستدام في العراق وتسهم في ترسيخ الديمقراطية.
وشددنا على ضرورة تحقيق الإصلاحات الاقتصادية في العراق عبر تنويع مصادر الدخل، مع التركيز على خماسية الصناعة والزراعة والسياحة والاستثمار والتكنولوجيا.
We met with His Excellency Mr. Elbrus Kutrashev, Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Baghdad, where we explored avenues to strengthen bilateral ties between Baghdad and Moscow and exchanged views on recent developments in Iraq and the broader region.
We reaffirmed our view of the current situation in Iraq, emphasizing the country’s political, security, and social stability, alongside its advancements in urban development, services, and overall progress. We also stressed the importance of fostering peace and stability across the region.
Additionally, we highlighted the significance of the upcoming elections, noting that they are key to establishing lasting stability in Iraq and deepening the nation’s democratic foundations.
We further underlined the urgent need for economic reforms by diversifying Iraq’s sources of income, focusing on five core sectors: industry, agriculture, tourism, investment, and technology.

التقينا صباح اليوم وفد معهد جنيف للسياسات الأمنية، برئاسة السيد بول دزيا تكويك، رئيس ملف الوساطة ودعم السلام. حيث ذكَّرنا بالتحديات والظروف الصعبة التي مرَّ بها العراق خلال العقدين الماضيين، ومواجهته لها بوحدة وصمود وتضحيات أبنائه من المكونات كافة.
وأكَّدنا أن العراق يشهد حالةً من الاستقرار غير المسبوق على الصُعُد الأمنية والسياسية والاجتماعية، فضلًا عن امتلاكه لعلاقاتٍ طيبةٍ مع البيئة الإقليمية والدولية، كما أن جميع المحافظات العراقية تشهد ورشَ عملٍ كبرى وحالةَ إعمارٍ في شتَّى المجالات.
وبيَّنَّا أن التنوع الاجتماعي في العراق يجعله قوةً تمكِّنه من مدِّ الجسور مع أمم وشعوب العالم، وأشرنا إلى أهمية استخلاص الدروس من تجربة العراق الطويلة في التحول من حقبة الدكتاتورية إلى الديمقراطية، كما أكَّدنا أن العراق يعتمد الحيادَ الإيجابي، مما يساعده في لعب دور الوساطة لحل الإشكاليات الإقليمية والدولية، وأوضحنا أن تجسير العلاقة بين الأطراف وتقريب وجهات النظر هو نهجٌ متجذِّرٌ في العراق، وأنه أمام فرصةٍ لتحويل الاستقرار الحالي إلى استقرارٍ مستدامٍ بعد الانتخابات القادمة، ما يُعطي أهميةً كبرى لهذه الانتخابات.
This morning, we met with the delegation from the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, headed by Mr. Paul Dziatkowiec, Head of Mediation and Peace Support. We reflected on the many challenges and hardships Iraq has endured over the past two decades, noting how the country confronted them with unity, resilience, and the collective sacrifices of its diverse components.
We stressed that Iraq is currently enjoying an unprecedented phase of stability across the security, political, and social landscapes, complemented by strong and constructive relations at both the regional and international levels. Across all provinces, major projects and reconstruction efforts are actively underway, covering a wide range of sectors.
We underscored that Iraq’s social diversity serves as a unique strength, enabling it to build meaningful connections with nations and peoples across the globe. We also pointed to the valuable lessons that can be drawn from Iraq’s long journey transitioning from dictatorship to democracy. Moreover, we reaffirmed that Iraq embraces a stance of positive neutrality, positioning it to play a key role as a mediator in addressing regional and international disputes. We emphasized that bridge-building and fostering dialogue are deeply embedded in Iraq’s political culture, and the country now stands at a pivotal moment — with the chance to transform its current stability into long-term, sustainable stability following the upcoming elections, which adds significant weight to the importance of this electoral milestone.

خلال لقائنا بكتلة الحكمة في مجالس المحافظات، وبعد أن استمعنا منهم إلى شرحٍ مفصلٍ عن الواقع الخدمي والتنموي، وسبل تقديم الخدمات بما يسهم في تعزيز واقع المحافظات وتحقيق تطلعات المواطن العراقي،
جددنا التأكيد على أهمية منح الصلاحيات الدستورية للحكومات المحلية، وضرورة تحريك المشاريع وإكمال تلك التي وصلت إلى نسب إنجاز متقدمة. كما شددنا على أهمية التواصل مع باقي الكتل السياسية بما يسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار السياسي.
بيّنا أن الحكومات المحلية هي حكومات خدمية، ولابد من الإبقاء على هذا الطابع، وأكدنا أيضًا أهمية التواصل مع الجامعات والكفاءات لإيجاد الحلول والمعالجات للإشكاليات القائمة.
كما دعونا إلى الاستعداد للاستحقاقات القادمة، لا سيما الاستحقاق الانتخابي، وجددنا التأكيد على أهمية الممارسة الديمقراطية القادمة، كونها تؤسس للاستقرار المستدام، مما يساهم في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة في البلاد.
In our meeting with Al-Hikma bloc in the provincial councils, following their detailed briefing on the service and development landscape and the means to improve services that strengthen provincial conditions and fulfill the aspirations of the Iraqi people, we reaffirmed the need to grant constitutional powers to local governments. We also highlighted the importance of advancing stalled projects and completing those already in advanced stages. We also stressed the value of maintaining communication with other political blocs to reinforce political stability.
We pointed out that local governments are fundamentally service-driven and must preserve this role. We further emphasized the need to engage with universities and experts to develop solutions and address ongoing challenges.
We called for preparation for the upcoming milestones, particularly the elections, and reiterated the importance of the forthcoming democratic process, as it serves as a cornerstone for sustainable stability and supports comprehensive national development.

التقينا صباح اليوم وفدًا إعلاميًا من جمهورية مصر العربية، ضم عددًا من كتاب الرأي والإعلاميين، حيث ناقشنا معهم الهمّ العربي المشترك، والعلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين، فضلًا عن مستقبل الإعلام في ظل التطورات والمتغيرات والوسائل الحديثة.
أكدنا أن العراق يعيش حالة استقرار غير مسبوقة على المستويات السياسية والاجتماعية والأمنية والاقتصادية، إذ تشهد محافظاته حملة إعمارٍ واسعة حولته إلى ورشة عمل كبرى، كما بيّنا أن الإرهاب كان تحديًا واجهه العراق، وتأكد حاجة العراقيين إلى بعضهم البعض، وأن قوتهم تكمن في وحدتهم وتماسكهم.
أشرنا أيضًا إلى طبيعة الانتخابات القادمة، وقلنا إنها فاصلة بين حالة اللاستقرار والاستقرار المستدام، وتشبه إلى حدٍّ كبير انتخابات عام 2005، التي أسست للنظام السياسي الحالي.
بيّنا كذلك أهمية الوفود العربية التي تزور العراق، حيث تؤدي دورًا مهمًّا في نقل الصورة الحقيقية عن العراق، وعن حالة الإعمار والتعافي، وأكدنا أن عقد القمة العربية في بغداد أسهم في توضيح صورة العراق وإمكاناته.
شددنا على ضرورة مواكبة الإعلام العربي للتطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة، كما أشرنا إلى أهمية التركيز على القضية الفلسطينية وإبراز مظلومية هذا الشعب ومأساته.
This morning, we met with a media delegation from the Arab Republic of Egypt, which included several opinion writers and journalists. We discussed shared Arab concerns, bilateral relations between the two countries, and the future of media in light of recent developments and modern tools.
We affirmed that Iraq is witnessing an unprecedented period of stability on the political, social, security, and economic fronts. Its provinces are undergoing widespread reconstruction, turning the country into a large-scale workshop. We also noted that terrorism was a major challenge Iraq faced, which highlighted the importance of unity among Iraqis, as their strength lies in their solidarity.
Moreover, we noted the nature of the upcoming elections, describing them as a turning point between instability and lasting stability, much like the 2005 elections that laid the groundwork for the current political system.
We stressed the importance of Arab delegations visiting Iraq, as they play a key role in conveying the true image of the country and its progress in reconstruction and recovery. We also noted that hosting the Arab Summit in Baghdad helped to present a clearer picture of Iraq and its capabilities.
Finally, we emphasized the need for Arab media to keep pace with modern technological developments and highlighted the importance of focusing on the Palestinian cause and shedding light on the suffering of its people.

عالمنا المشحون بالأزمات والخلافات والحروب بحاجةٍ ماسّةٍ إلى ترسيخ ثقافة الحوار كنهجٍ عامٍ لضمان حاضرٍ ومستقبلٍ مستقرٍ للشعوب.
وفي اليوم العالمي للتنوع الثقافي من أجل الحوار والتنمية، نجدد مطالبتنا بإدارة التنوع القومي والديني والثقافي في جميع أمم العالم، واستثمار المكونات لتكون جسورًا للتواصل بين الشعوب والأمم المختلفة.
كما نشدد على ضرورة اعتماد الحوار كأولوية لتحقيق السلام، وجعل الثقافة والإبداع قوةً دافعةً لمحركات التنمية، ومما يؤسفنا أن القطاع الثقافي والإبداعي لا يزال يفتقر إلى المكانة التي يستحقها في السياسات العامة والتعاون الدولي.

Our world that has been filled with crises, conflicts, and wars, is in dire need to promote a culture of dialogue as a fundamental approach to securing a stable present and future for all nations.
On the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, we renew our call for the responsible management of national, religious, and cultural diversity across the globe. These rich components should be harnessed as bridges of understanding and communication between different peoples and civilizations.
We also reaffirm the importance of making dialogue a top priority in the pursuit of peace, and of recognizing culture and creativity as powerful engines for sustainable development.
It is unfortunate that the cultural and creative sectors still do not receive the recognition they deserve in public policy and international cooperation.

بعد استضافة العراق للقمة العربية الـ34 في بغداد السلام، نود أن نثمن حضور رؤساء وزعماء وممثلي الدول العربية الشقيقة، إلى جانب الشخصيات العالمية، وفي مقدمتهم الأمين العام لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة، السيد أنطونيو غوتيريش، وممثلي الدول الصديقة، في هذا الملتقى الكبير.
كما نثمن الجهود المضنية التي بذلتها الحكومة العراقية ووزاراتها وتشكيلاتها المعنية لتوفير مناخات آمنة ومناسبة لاحتضان هذا الحدث الدبلوماسي الهام، إذ لم تدخر جهدًا على مدار أيام وليالٍ طوال لإظهار الوجه الحضاري لعاصمة العراق بأبهى صورة.
كما نقدر عاليًا جهود قوات الأمن ووسائل الإعلام و أمانة العاصمة وجميع الفعاليات التي تكاتفت من أجل إنجاح هذه القمة.
ختامًا، نعرب عن أملنا أن تكون مخرجات ومبادرات هذه النسخة من القمة انعكاسًا لطموحات وتطلعات شعوبنا العربية الشقيقة، وأن تسهم مقرراتها في رفع الحيف والظلم عن أبناء شعبنا في غزة ولبنان وغيرها، مع العمل على إلزام المجتمع الدولي بالموقف العربي الموحد.

إنَّ إحياء مناسبة اليوم الوطني للمقابر الجماعية يمثل أدنى درجات الوفاء لآلافٍ من أبناء هذا الوطن الذين طحنتهم رحى الظلم الديكتاتوري، وأكمل الإرهاب الظلامي سلسلة الجرائم الوحشية بحق الأطفال والنساء والرجال والشيوخ.
ومن أجل ألّا تضيع حقوق أولئك الضحايا الأبرياء، فإننا ندعو إلى إنصاف ذويهم، وتخليد ذكراهم، وتعريف الأجيال بهذه الجرائم عبر المناهج التربوية، واستذكار هذه المناسبة بشكل رسمي حكومي.
كما ندعو الفريق الوطني إلى مواصلة البحث عن المزيد من المقابر الجماعية، حيث إنَّ استعادة الرفات والتعرف على أصحابها جزءٌ من جبر الخواطر لعوائل الشهداء، ورسالةٌ إلى الأجيال القادمة، فما زال الكثير من المغيبين لا يُعرف مصيرهم أو أماكن دفنهم، لا سيما بعض الأعمام وأبناء الأعمام من أسرة الإمام الحكيم (قدَّس سرَّه).
تحية إجلال وإكبار لكل الشهداء الذين رووا هذه الأرض الطيبة بدمائهم الزكية.

Marking the National Day for Mass Graves stands as a basic act of loyalty to the thousands of innocent Iraqis who were crushed by the machinery of dictatorial tyranny, only to have their suffering prolonged by the dark brutality of terrorism that continued to target children, women, men, and the elderly with horrific crimes.
To preserve the rights of those victims, we call for justice for their families, the eternal remembrance of their sacrifice, and the inclusion of these atrocities in educational curricula to ensure future generations are fully aware. We also emphasize the importance of officially recognizing this day as a national occasion.
We further call on the National Team to intensify its efforts in locating additional mass graves. Recovering the remains and identifying the victims is not only a gesture of compassion toward the families of the martyrs but also a message of truth and remembrance for future generations. To this day, the fate and burial places of many of the disappeared remain unknown—among them, uncles and cousins from the family of Imam Al-Hakeem (may his soul be sanctified).
Honor and deep respect to the martyrs who gave their lives and sanctified this land with their pure blood.

بحثنا مستجدات المشهد السياسي في العراق والاستعداد للاستحقاقات القادمة خلال لقائنا مع الدكتور جمال الكربولي، رئيس الحركة الوطنية للإصلاح والتنمية (الحل)، أكدنا أهمية الانتخابات القادمة باعتبارها تؤسس للاستقرار المستدام في البلاد، مما يسهم في تحقيق تنمية شاملة في جميع المحافظات.
كما دعونا إلى الاستعداد لهذه الممارسة الديمقراطية من خلال المشاركة الفاعلة فيها والتنافس على أساس البرامج، وشددنا على أن الحفاظ على الاستقرار الحالي مسؤولية تضامنية تقع على عاتق الجميع.
كذلك دعونا إلى تمكين المحافظات من استحقاقها الدستوري، وضمان استمرار تقديم الخدمات، وافتتاح المشاريع التنموية.
In our meeting with Dr. Jamal Al-Karbouli, Head of the National Movement for Reform and Development (Al-Hal), we reviewed the latest political developments in Iraq and preparations for the upcoming electoral milestones. We highlighted the significance of the forthcoming elections as a cornerstone for lasting stability in the country, paving the way for comprehensive development across all governorates.
We encouraged proactive engagement in the democratic process, with electoral competition centered on well-defined policy platforms. We also emphasized that safeguarding the current state of stability is a collective responsibility shared by all.
Moreover, we stressed the importance of enabling governorates to exercise their constitutional rights, ensuring uninterrupted public service delivery, and moving forward with key development projects.

تبادلنا وجهات النظر حول تطورات الشأن السياسي وأوضاع المكوّن الإيزيدي خلال لقائنا النائب السابق صائب خدر، حيث شددنا على ضرورة إعادة النازحين الإيزيديين وإعمار مدنهم.
كما دعونا إلى الحفاظ على التمثيل السياسي للمكوّنات، وأكدنا أهمية أن تكون الكوتا معبّرة عن طموحاتها.
وجددنا الدعوة إلى إعمار المناطق الخاصة بالإيزيديين، كما أكدنا مجددًا أهمية إدارة التنوع العراقي وتحويل المكوّنات إلى جسور تواصل بين العراق ومحيطه الخارجي.
During our meeting with former MP Sa’ib Khedr, we discussed recent political developments and the conditions facing the Yazidi community. We emphasized the urgent need to ensure the return of displaced Yazidis and to prioritize the reconstruction of their towns and cities.
We also stressed the importance of safeguarding political representation for all components, highlighting the need for quotas to genuinely reflect their hopes and ambitions.
Furthermore, we reiterated our call for the rebuilding of Yazidi areas and underscored the importance of embracing Iraq’s diversity as a means to build bridges between the country and its broader regional environment.

بحثنا مساء اليوم مع دولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء، الأستاذ محمد شياع السوداني، الاستعدادات للقمة العربية، ودعم مسيرة الإعمار والتنمية، وتمكين المحافظات من إنجاز مشاريعها، إضافةً إلى تطورات المشهد السياسي في المنطقة.
أكدنا مع دولته أهمية استضافة العراق للقمة العربية، إذ يمثل هذا الحدث دليلًا واضحًا على تعافي العراق وتمتعه بالاستقرار الأمني، والسياسي، والاجتماعي، كما أعربنا عن أملنا بأن يكون مستوى التمثيل في القمة عاليًا، بما يتناسب مع حجم التحديات التي تواجه المنظومة العربية، ومع تفاعل العراق ورغبته في استضافة أشقائه.
تم التأكيد كذلك على ضرورة الحفاظ على الاستقرار المتحقق في البلاد، وتحمل الجميع مسؤولية ترسيخه من خلال توفير البيئة الملائمة لضمان ديمومته وتحويله إلى استقرار دائم.
كما شددنا على أهمية المضي قدمًا في المشاريع والعمل على إتمامها، ودعونا إلى توفير التخصيصات المالية للمحافظات، والاهتمام بالمزارعين، وضمان دفع مستحقاتهم.
وجددنا الترحيب بقرار حزب العمال الكردستاني حلّ نفسه، مؤكدين أن هذه الخطوة تصب في أمن واستقرار المنطقة، وداعين إلى اعتماد الحوار كسبيل لحل المشاكل العالقة أينما وجدت.
This evening, we met with His Excellency, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, to discuss preparations for the upcoming Arab Summit, efforts to advance reconstruction and development, and the need to empower provincial governments to complete their projects. We also discussed regional political developments.
Along with His Excellency, we reiterated the importance of Iraq’s hosting of the Arab Summit, a clear indication of the country’s recovery and its growing political, security, and social stability. We expressed our hope for a high level of participation that reflects both the scale of challenges facing the Arab world and Iraq’s commitment to welcoming its Arab brothers.
We also affirmed the importance of safeguarding the stability that Iraq has achieved, emphasizing the shared responsibility of all stakeholders to create conditions that ensure its sustainability and turn it into long-term stability.
Additionally, we stressed the urgency of moving forward with key development projects, called for the timely allocation of financial resources to the provinces, and urged attention to farmers’ needs, particularly the prompt payment of their entitlements.
We reiterated our welcome of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party’s decision to dissolve itself, affirming that this step serves the security and stability of the region, and called for dialogue to be adopted as the path to resolving outstanding issues wherever they may exist.

استقبلنا صباح اليوم سعادة السيد مارك إينيس براون، المبعوث الأسترالي لشؤون الشرق الأوسط، وتبادلنا وجهات النظر حول المشهد السياسي في العراق والمنطقة، والعلاقات الثنائية بين العراق وأستراليا. أوضحنا أن أستراليا أسهمت في دعم العراق خلال محطات مهمة، منها مواجهة الدكتاتورية والتصدي للإرهاب.
أكدنا أن الواقع العراقي يشهد تحسناً ملحوظاً ومتزايداً، حيث يتمتع العراق باستقرار أمني وسياسي واجتماعي، إلى جانب حركة تنموية في عموم البلاد، وأشرنا إلى أن العراق، في الوقت الحالي، يمثل ورشة عمل كبرى تسعى إلى تغيير الواقع الخدمي والتنموي واستقطاب الاستثمارات.
كما دعونا الشركات الأسترالية إلى المساهمة في إعمار العراق والاستفادة من الفرص التي يوفرها هذا المجال، مؤكدين أهمية التعاون لتطوير القطاع الزراعي.
بيّنا أيضاً أن العراق منفتح على الجميع بما يحقق المصالح المشتركة ويحفظ سيادته، مشيرين إلى أن هذا النهج منح العراق قبولاً وأدواراً إقليمية ودولية، وأسهم في تعزيز انفتاح الدول عليه، واستشهدنا باجتماع القمة العربية في بغداد وما تمخض عنه من حضور ونتائج إيجابية.
وفي ما يخص الانتخابات القادمة، أوضحنا محوريّتها وأهميتها في تعزيز الاستقرار والانتقال به إلى مرحلة مستدامة، كما أشرنا إلى أن العراق يمتلك تجربة ديمقراطية رائدة، بالنظر إلى المحطات التي احتكم فيها إلى صندوق الاقتراع وإرادة الناخبين.
أكدنا أيضاً ضرورة تنفيذ المعالجات الاقتصادية عبر تنويع مصادر الدخل ومغادرة نمط الدولة الريعية، مشددين على أهمية تفعيل القطاعات الإنتاجية، مثل الزراعة والصناعة والسياحة والاستثمار والتكنولوجيا الحديثة.

This morning, we welcomed His Excellency Mr. Marc Innes-Brown, the Australian Special Envoy for Middle East Affairs, where we exchanged perspectives on the political developments in Iraq and the region, as well as the state of bilateral relations between Iraq and Australia. We acknowledged Australia’s support to Iraq at critical junctures, particularly in confronting dictatorship and fighting terrorism.
We emphasized that Iraq is experiencing steady and noticeable progress, marked by political, security, and social stability, alongside ongoing development efforts across its provinces. We highlighted that Iraq today is effectively a vast worksite focused on improving services, driving development, and attracting investment opportunities.
We encouraged Australian companies to participate in Iraq’s reconstruction and take advantage of the promising prospects in this space, while underscoring the importance of collaboration in advancing the agricultural sector.
We further stressed that Iraq’s openness to all partners serves shared interests while firmly preserving its sovereignty. We noted that this balanced approach has earned Iraq growing regional and international recognition, expanded its diplomatic and strategic roles, and strengthened its global connections — as reflected in the recent Arab Summit hosted in Baghdad and its positive outcomes.
On the topic of the upcoming elections, we underlined their crucial role in solidifying stability and paving the way for a sustainable future. We also reaffirmed that Iraq holds a leading democratic track record, evident in its consistent reliance on elections and the voice of its electorate.
Finally, we emphasized the urgent need for economic reform through income diversification, urging a departure from the rentier-state model. We stressed the importance of invigorating key productive sectors, including agriculture, industry, tourism, investment, and modern technology.

في الذكرى الأليمة لاستشهاد سيدنا وإمامنا محمد بن علي الجواد (عليهما السلام)، لا بد لنا من الوقوف عند سيرته العطرة والنظر في أبرز سماتها:

▪️الإمامة المبكرة: كانت أمراً لافتاً وغريباً، وهي في حد ذاتها كرامة من الله سبحانه وتعالى، ودليلا إضافيا على صدقية نظرية الإمامة، ولا سيما إذا نظرنا إلى حجم التحديات التي تعرض لها الإمام الجواد.
▪️المطارحات الفكرية: تصدى الإمام الجواد (عليه السلام) في مرحلة شهد فيها المجتمع الإسلامي قمة التطور العلمي، حيث كان يحضر المنتديات العلمية ويجلس مع كبار المفكرين والفلاسفة والعلماء والباحثين والفقهاء، يناقشهم ويطارحهم الفكر.
▪️وضع الحلول والمعالجات: تصدى الإمام الجواد (عليه السلام) لوضع الحلول والمعالجات لأكبر التحديات التي واجهها الحكم الإسلامي آنذاك، حيث كانت تلك المرحلة مليئة بالتعقيد والشمولية واتساع المساحات.
▪️التمهيد لفكرة الإمام الغائب: تعتبر مرحلة الأئمة (الرضا، والجواد، والهادي، والعسكري عليهم السلام) مرحلة تمهيدية للتعامل مع غيبة الإمام المنتظر (عجل الله فرجه الشريف)، إذ إن عملية الارتباط بالإمام الغائب كانت فريدة وغريبة بالنسبة لأتباع أهل البيت، وكان لا بد من التحضير لهذه المرحلة وطبيعة ممارساتها.

سلامٌ على إمامنا الهمام الجواد يوم ولد، ويوم جاهد في سبيل الله، ويوم انتصر للإسلام، ويوم استشهد مظلوماً ومضى إلى ربه، ليبقى مدرسة خالدة نستلهم منها الدروس والعِبر.

التقينا بالأستاذين بهاء الأعرجي ومحمد توفيق علاوي، كلٌّ على حدة، وتبادلنا وجهات النظر حول تطورات المشهد السياسي في العراق والمنطقة والاستحقاقات القادمة. أكدنا أن النجاحات والإنجازات التي تحققت حتى الآن هي نتيجة طبيعية للاستقرار السياسي والأمني والاجتماعي الذي يشهده العراق، ودعونا إلى الحفاظ عليها والبناء عليها وصولًا إلى ترسيخها وضمان استدامتها.
أشرنا إلى أن المنطقة تمر بمخاضات عسيرة، وذلك انعكاسًا للأحداث التي شهدتها في المرحلة السابقة والحالية، وأبدينا تفاؤلنا بأن تفضي الحوارات الإيرانية-الأميركية إلى نتائج تصب في مصلحة المنطقة وشعوبها.

We held separate meetings with Mr. Baha Al-Araji and Mr. Mohammed Tawfiq Allawi, during which we exchanged perspectives on the evolving political scene in Iraq and the broader region, as well as the upcoming challenges and milestones. We emphasized that the successes and progress achieved so far are the natural result of Iraq’s current political, security, and social stability. We underscored the importance of safeguarding these achievements, building upon them, and working toward firmly entrenching them to ensure lasting sustainability.
We also pointed out that the region is navigating a complex and challenging phase, shaped by the events of both past and present. Despite this, we voiced optimism that the ongoing Iranian-American dialogues will lead to positive outcomes that benefit the region and its people.

في يوم المهندس العراقي، نجدد التأكيد على أهمية هذه الشريحة في مسيرة التنمية، إذ تساهم بشكلٍ فاعلٍ في التخطيط والتصميم والتنفيذ، وفيما نبارك لبناة الوطن يومهم المجيد، فإننا نحث على إنصافهم ماديًا ومعنويًا، كما ندعو إلى الاستفادة من خبراتهم الكبيرة في المشاريع التي تعتمدها الموازنة في جانبها الخدمي والتنموي.
وفي هذه المناسبة، ندعو أيضًا إلى الاهتمام بالقطاع الخاص، لاستيعاب أكبر عددٍ ممكن من شريحة المهندسين الذين لم يحصلوا على فرصة التعيين في المؤسسات الحكومية.

On Iraqi Engineer Day, we reaffirm the importance of this vital group in driving the nation’s development, as they play an active role in planning, designing, and implementation. While we congratulate the nation’s builders on their glorious day, we also call for fair recognition of their material and moral rights and urge that their vast expertise be fully utilized in the projects funded by the national budget, particularly in the service and development sectors.
On this occasion, we also emphasize the need to support the private sector to absorb as many engineers as possible who have not had the opportunity for employment in government institutions.

في الاجتماع الدوري لهيأة الرأي في تيار الحكمة الوطني، أوضحنا الإيجابيات التي تحققت من انعقاد القمة العربية في العاصمة بغداد، فضلًا عن الفرص التي تتيح للعراق التحرك ضمن الواقع العربي في مرحلةٍ مهمة، بالنظر إلى أحداث المنطقة وتحدياتها، حيث أكدنا أن القمة قدمت صورةً إيجابيةً عن العراق، من حيث الواقع الخدمي والعمراني والاستقرار الأمني الذي تشهده العاصمة بغداد وجميع محافظات البلاد، كما بيّنا أهمية تولّي العراق رئاسة القمة لسنة كاملة، وفي هذا الإطار، شددنا على ضرورة التعامل مع التحديات من منطلق الدولة ورجال الدولة والمصلحة الوطنية.
أشرنا أيضًا إلى أهمية الحوار بين الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وانعكاساته على المنطقة بشكلٍ عام، وعلى العراق بشكلٍ خاص، في حال أفضى إلى نتائج إيجابية.
أكدنا كذلك أهمية الانتخابات القادمة، وجددنا تشبيه أهميتها بانتخابات عام 2005، التي أسست للنظام السياسي في العراق، بينما يمكن أن تؤسس الانتخابات القادمة لتثبيت النظام السياسي وتعزيز الاستقرار المستدام.
أوضحنا أيضًا أهمية منهج الاعتدال والوسطية في تعزيز الاستقرار المتحقق، وبيّنا أن اعتماد تيار الحكمة لهذا المنهج وتمسكه به جعله مقبولًا وقريبًا من الجميع على المستويين الداخلي والخارجي، مما أعطاه فرصةً للمساهمة في حلحلة الكثير من الإشكاليات.
كما دعونا إلى تضافر الجهود، والاستعداد للاستحقاقات القادمة، ومواصلة التحديث البايومتري للبطاقات الانتخابية، وتشجيع المشاركة الواسعة والفاعلة و الواعية في الانتخابات.
During the regular meeting of the Advisory Board of Al-Hikma National Movement, we outlined the key positives stemming from the Arab Summit held in Baghdad, as well as the opportunities it creates for Iraq to engage within the Arab arena during this critical phase, given the region’s current events and challenges. We emphasized that the summit projected a positive image of Iraq — reflecting its service improvements, urban development, and the security stability present in Baghdad and across all provinces. We also highlighted the significance of Iraq holding the summit presidency for a full year. In this context, we stressed the importance of addressing challenges with a mindset grounded in statehood, responsible leadership, and national interest.
We further noted the importance of the ongoing dialogue between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America and its potential regional and Iraqi impact should it lead to positive outcomes.
We reaffirmed the critical importance of the upcoming elections, drawing parallels to the historic 2005 elections that laid the groundwork for Iraq’s political system — with the upcoming vote positioned to reinforce and stabilize this system for the long term.
We also underlined the value of a moderate and centrist approach in sustaining the country’s current stability, noting that Al-Hikma National Movement’s consistent adherence to this path has earned it broad acceptance and strong ties both domestically and internationally, enabling it to play a meaningful role in addressing numerous challenges.
Lastly, we called for unified efforts, thorough preparation for the upcoming milestones, continued biometric updates for electoral cards, and the promotion of broad, active, and conscious participation in the elections.

التقينا بالأستاذ شاسوار عبد الواحد، رئيس حركة الجيل الجديد، وتداولنا تطورات المشهد السياسي والاستحقاقات القادمة، حيث شددنا على ضرورة الحفاظ على الاستقرار الحالي وتحويله إلى استقرارٍ دائم.
كما دعونا إلى حل الإشكالات العالقة بين بغداد وأربيل وفقًا للدستور والمصلحة العامة، مؤكدين أهمية تقديم التنازلات لمصلحة العراق، بما يضمن حقوق الجميع.
وشددنا كذلك على أهمية المشاركة الفاعلة في الانتخابات القادمة، وضرورة أن يكون التنافس قائمًا على أساس البرامج الانتخابية التي تخدم المواطنين.
We met with Mr. Shaswar Abdulwahid, Head of the New Generation Movement, and discussed the evolving political landscape and the upcoming milestones. We underscored the importance of preserving the current state of stability and working toward making it permanent.
We also emphasized the need to resolve the ongoing disputes between Baghdad and Erbil in a manner consistent with the Constitution and the broader national interest, highlighting the value of mutual concessions that protect the rights of all parties.
In addition, we stressed the significance of active participation in the upcoming elections, affirming that electoral competition should be driven by platforms that genuinely address the needs of the people.

استقبلنا مساء اليوم معالي وزير الداخلية، الأستاذ عبد الأمير الشمري، وأشدنا بالجهود الأمنية التي رافقت انعقاد القمة العربية في بغداد، كما شددنا على أهمية مواصلة مشروع الأتمتة واعتماد التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تقديم الخدمات للمواطنين، إذ إن وزارة الداخلية تبقى مرتبطة بالمواطن طوال مسيرة حياته، كذلك، أشرنا إلى ضرورة تطوير قطاع النجدة وتعزيز جهود إغاثة المواطنين.

التقينا رئيس كتلة بدر النيابية، الأستاذ النائب مهدي آمرلي، وعددًا من القيادات السياسية في محافظة صلاح الدين، حيث تداولنا تطورات المشهد السياسي في العراق، إلى جانب واقع المحافظة وكيفية إدارة التنوع فيها وحفظ حقوق مكوناتها.
أكدنا أيضًا أهمية رعاية حقوق عوائل الشهداء، مشيدين بقصص البطولة والتضحية التي شهدتها مدن صلاح الدين خلال مواجهة الإرهاب.
وشددنا على دعم الاستقرار الأمني، والسياسي، والاقتصادي، والاجتماعي، كما أكدنا أهمية العمليات الاستباقية لضرب الإرهاب وأوكاره، وتعزيز اللحمة الوطنية.
We met with the Head of the Badr Parliamentary Bloc, MP Mehdi Amerli, along with several political leaders in Salah Al-Din Governorate. Our discussions focused on recent political developments in Iraq, the current state of the governorate, the management of its diverse makeup, and the safeguarding of rights for all its components.
We also afirmed the need to uphold the rights of the families of martyrs, paying tribute to the acts of courage and sacrifice demonstrated across Salah Al-Din during the fight against terrorism.
We reaffirmed supporting security, political, economic, and social stability, while highlighting the importance of proactive operations to target terrorism and its strongholds and to reinforce national cohesion.

نرحب بإعلان حزب العمال الكردستاني في تركيا حلّ نفسه وترك العمل المسلح، في خطوة مهمة تفسح المجال لإيجاد حلول جوهرية لأحد أعقد الملفات التي أثّرت لعقود في كردستان الحبيبة، وأدّت إلى اضطراب في العلاقات بين العراق والجارة تركيا.
إن هذه الخطوة المهمة تساهم بشكل كبير في إرساء الاستقرار والسلام في المنطقة، ونأمل أن تمهّد لفتح صفحة جديدة يسودها الازدهار والوئام.

قمة بغداد … تأكيد التعافي العراقي وتعزيز الدور المحوري

في ملتقى حوار الشباب الذي نظمه مكتب الشباب المركزي في تيار الحكمة الوطني، أكدنا بعد أن استمعنا لمداخلات الحضور القيمة، أن الشباب هم الخزين الاستراتيجي للبلد، والثروة الوطنية الأولى، لا سيما وأن العراق يشهد نمواً سكانياً كبيراً خلال العقود الأخيرة، ويمتلك طاقة شبابية مبدعة، تمثل فرصة تأخذ العراق إلى رحاب المستقبل، وفي الوقت نفسه تمثل تحديا كبيرا ما لم يُحْسَن استثمارها، كما قلنا:
🔹لا بد من زيادة الوعي الفكري والثقافي للشباب ورفع مستوياتهم وحمايتهم من استغلال بعض الجهات التي تمتلك أجندات خاصة لإثارة الانفعالات.
🔹الشباب يجب أن يضحي ويحارب من أجل القضايا العامة، وتكون له إسهامات حقيقية في حماية قيمه و بناء وطنه.
🔹 التحدي الأول الذي يواجه الشباب يتمثل بثقته بنفسه وبإمكاناته وقدراته، وعلى الشباب أن يأخذ المبادرة، فالحقوق تنتزع بفعل الإرادة والوسائل الصحيحة لتحقيق النتائج.
🔹ندعو إلى ضرورة أن يبادر الشباب في التفكير خارج الصندوق للوصول إلى أهدافهم.
🔹وحول القمة العربية المزمع انعقادها في بغداد، أكدنا أنها ترسخ الانطباع الإيجابي الكبير في تعافي العراق حيث يشهد مرحلة استقرار غير مسبوقة، كما أن القمة فرصة مهمة للتعريف بهذا التعافي والتطور، خصوصا في ظل التوترات بين بعض الدول العربية والحرب ضد غزة، وأن العراق سيكون لاعبا أساسيا خلال عام كامل من انعقادها في متابعة الملفات العربية في رئاسته للقمة.
🔹وفي الشأن الانتخابي، شددنا على ضرورة أن يكون الشباب أكثر وعيا وأن يكون لهم دور في تحفيز الناس على المشاركة الواسعة، لما لهذه الانتخابات من دور في تثبيت النظام الديمقراطي في العراق والوصول إلى الاستقرار المستدام، وأهمية تكوين مناعة مجتمعية من المثبطين والمرجفين الذين يحاولون نشر السلبية من أجل مصالح ضيقة.
🔹جددنا التأكيد على أن الوسطية والاعتدال منهجنا الثابت الذي لا نحيد عنه، ففي كل الصراعات والخصومات بين الأطراف نبحث عن المشتركات، ونذهب لحلحة المشاكل وتهدئة النفوس، لتعزيز الاستقرار السياسي الذي يعتبر مقدمة ضرورية للاستقرار الأمني والاقتصادي والتنمية الشاملة والرضا الشعبي كنتيجة طبيعية.
🔹نثمن جهود مكتب الشباب المركزي، ونؤكد ضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بالثقافة والقراءة وزيادة الوعي المعرفي من خلال المسابقات والفعاليات الشبابية.
🔹في الشأن الاقتصادي أشرنا إلى أهمية مواجهة البطالة وتقلبات السوق النفطي بتنويع مصادر الدخل عبر الاهتمام بخماسية الزراعة والصناعة والسياحة والتكنولوجيا والاستثمار.
