تطورات المشهد السياسي في العراق والمنطقة والعلاقات بين العراق وبريطانيا وسبل تعزيزها بما يخدم مصالح البلدين، ملفات تبادلنا وجهات النظر حولها خلال لقائنا سعادة السفير البريطاني لدى العراق ستيفن هيتشن، حيث شكرنا سعادته على تهانيه بنجاح الانتخابات المحلية الأخيرة، وأكدنا أهمية تشكيل حكومات خدمية قادرة على تحقيق التطلعات ومراكمة الإيجابيات.
دعونا أيضا إلى دعم الحكومة في تقديم الخدمات وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وبيّنا أهمية تشكيل حكومات محلية متسقة مع توجه الحكومة.
شددنا على تطوير العلاقات بين العراق وبريطانيا، كما دعونا المجتمع الدولي لتحمل مسؤولياته تجاه استقرار المنطقة لحفظ مصالح الجميع، وطالبنا بوقف إطلاق النار في غزة وإغاثة الشعب الأعزل وحمايته من آلة القتل الدموية.
The political landscape in Iraq and the surrounding region, along with the bilateral ties between Iraq and Britain, and strategies to strengthen these ties for the mutual benefit of both nations, constituted key points of discussion during our meeting with the British Ambassador to Iraq, His Excellency Stephen Hickey. We expressed appreciation for his congratulations on the recent success of local elections and underscored the importance of establishing governance structures focused on service delivery, capable of realizing aspirations and building positive momentum.
We also called to support the government in its efforts to provide services and achieve sustainable development, underscoring the significance of establishing local governments aligned with the overall direction of the government.
We stressed developing the relations between Iraq and Britain and urged the international community to bear its responsibilities in ensuring regional stability to safeguard the interests of all. Additionally, we called for a halt to hostilities in Gaza, humanitarian aid for the vulnerable population, and protection against the brutal machinery of violence.

استقبلنا دولة رئيس الوزراء الأستاذ محمد شياع السوداني وتداولنا مع سيادته حول تطورات المشهد السياسي في العراق والمنطقة، حيث أشدنا بجهود الحكومة وسعيها الجاد لتوفير الخدمات وإنجاح الانتخابات المحلية من خلال توفير الأمن للناخب والمرشح.
كما دعونا وسيادته إلى تشكيل الحكومات المحلية وفق الرؤية الخدمية للحكومة الاتحادية، وتمكين شخصيات كفوءة ونزيهة مدعومة بفرق منسجمة.
وحول تطورات الأحداث في غزة تم التأكيد على ضرورة إنهاء الحرب وإغاثة النازحين، فيما جددنا التعازي للجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية بعد التفجيرات التي تعرضت لها مدينة كرمان، وأشدنا بخطوة الحكومة في إبداء المساعدة وإغاثة عوائل الشهداء والجرحى.

بأشد عبارات الشجب والاستنكار ندين العمل الإجرامي الإرهابي في مدينة كرمان الإيرانية والذي خلف عشرات الضحايا في صفوف المدنيين، وإذ نبتهل إلى العلي القدير أن يرحم الشهداء ويلبس المصابين رداء الشفاء، فإننا نعزي قائد الثورة الإسلامية والحكومة والشعب الإيراني ونشارك ذوي الشهداء العزاء والمواساة، كما نجدد مطالبتنا المجتمع الدولي لا سيما الدول المتضررة من آفة الإرهاب  بالتعاون والتكاتف لتجفيف منابع تمويله والحد من آثاره في زعزعة أمن واستقرار الشعوب.
We strongly denounce and condemn the terrorist atrocity in the Iranian city of Kerman, which tragically claimed the lives of numerous civilians. Our heartfelt prayers go to the Almighty for mercy upon the martyrs and a swift recovery for the injured. We extend our condolences to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the government, and the people of Iran. We also stand in solidarity with the families of the victims. Furthermore, we reiterate our call upon the international community, especially nations affected by the menace of terrorism, to unite efforts in cutting off its sources of funding and minimizing its adverse effects on the security and stability of nations.

إلتقينا صباح اليوم سعادة السفير الفرنسي إيريك شوفالييه بمناسبة انتهاء مهامه في العراق كرئيس لبعثة بلاده، وتمنينا له التوفيق في مهامه القادمة ولمن يخلفه في رئاسة بعثة فرنسا في العراق، أكدنا أهمية تعزيز العلاقات بين العراق وفرنسا واستثمار العلاقات التاريخية بين البلدين، ودعونا أيضا إلى تعزيز المشتركات وتطويرها والبناء عليها.
دعونا المجتمع الدولي إلى تحمل مسؤولياته تجاه ما يحدث في غزة، وأيضا لوقف إطلاق النار وإدخال المساعدات والانتصار إلى ما تبقى من قيم وضمير إنساني تجاه ما يجري من قتل ممنهج للأطفال والنساء والشعب المدني الأعزل.
تطرقنا إلى الانتخابات المحلية الأخيرة، وبيّنا أهميتها الدستورية ودورها في تعزيز الاستقرار وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
Today’s Morning, we met His Excellency Éric Chevalier, the French Ambassador, on the occasion of the end of his mission for his country. We wish him success in his upcoming missions and for those who will succeed him in leading France’s mission in Iraq. We affirmed the importance of strengthening the relationship between Iraq and France and investing in the historical relations between the two countries. Moreover, we called to strengthen commonalities, develop them, and build on top of them.
We called on the international community to hold responsibility for what’s taking place in Gaza, in addition to the cease-fire, provide aid, and triumph for what remains of the values and human consciousness to put an end to the systematic killing of children, women, and unarmed civilians.
We shed light on the recent local elections, and we also illustrated their constitutional importance and its role in enhancing stability and achieving sustainable development.

"إِنَّ اللَّهَ اشْتَرَى مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الْجَنَّةَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُون"

نحيي بألم مشوب بالفخر والاعتزاز الذكرى الرابعة لاستشهاد قادة النصر  (رحمهما الله)، وفيما نجدد إدانتنا لجريمة اغتيالهما فإننا نؤكد بهذه المناسبة أن الشهداء يمثلون قيمة وطنية وعقائدية وبطولية في نفوس شعوبهم ومجتمعاتهم، تعجز معها الكلمات عن وصف التضحية التي يقدمها الشهيد بأغلى ما يملكه دفاعا عن دينه وعرضه وأرضه و وطنه، فالوفاء لهم ولمبادئهم يحتم علينا جميعا استذكار تضحياتهم وبطولاتهم الغراء وتخليد ذكراهم وتمجيد مسيرتهم والتمسك بمبادئهم.

With pain tainted by pride and reverence, we commemorate the 4th anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders of victory (may Allah have mercy on them). While we denounce their assassination once again, we emphasize that martyrs embody significant national, ideological, and heroic values within the hearts of their people and societies. Words inadequately capture the profound sacrifice made by the martyr, who dedicates their most precious possessions to defend their faith, dignity, land, and country. Being loyal to them and their principles requires us all to remember their heroic sacrifice, immortalize their memory, glorify their lives, and adhere to their principles.

نبتهل إلى الله العلي القدير في مطلع السنة الميلادية الجديدة، بأن يجعله عام خير وبركة وأمان على شعبنا العراقي وجميع شعوب العالم، ونتطلع أن يترسخ فيه التوازن والاستقرار واستمرار عجلة البناء والإعمار، كما نستثمر هذه المناسبة لندعو القوى والفعاليات كافّة إلى تظافر الجهود وتوحيدها للإسراع في تشكيل حكومات محلية جديدة تراكم الجهود لتنمية المحافظات وإعمارها.
كما نكرر النداء إلى جميع الفواعل الدولية للتحرك باتجاه إنهاء الحرب الظالمة على شعبنا العربي في غزة التي تنتهك فيها جميع المعايير الإنسانية والدولية والحقوقية، وتتعارض مع جميع شعارات حقوق الإنسان التي يدعيها الغرب.
خالص الأمنيات بسيادة السلام في المنطقة والعالم خلال ٢٠٢٤.
We pray to Allah Almighty in the beginning of the new year to make it a year of well being and goodness on our people and the peoples of the world. We look forward to consolidate balance and stability, as well as the continuation of rebuilding. Moreover, we seize this opportunity to call upon all powers and events to synergise efforts to hasten the formation of local governments to accumulate efforts to develop and build provinces.
We reiterate our call to all international actors to move forward toward ending the unjust war against our Arab people in Gaza, where all international, humanitarian, and judicial rights are being violated. This goes against all human rights slogans that are being claimed by westerners.
Our wishes for global and regional peace for the year 2024.

التواصل مع أبناء شعبنا سياق عمل ثابت

خلال لقائنا جمعا غفيرا من القيادات التنظيمية لتيار الحكمة الوطني في العاصمة بغداد توجهنا بالتعازي لهم وللمؤمنين بذكرى شهادة السيدة أم البنين "عليها السلام" كما باركنا لهم نتائج الانتخابات.
🔹أكدنا أن نتائج الانتخابات تدفعنا للمزيد من التواضع والترابية وخفض الجناح لشعبنا واليقين أن المنجز كان بتوفيق الله عز وجل ودماء الشهداء، ودعونا أبناء التيار إلى تكثيف العمل والتوجه إلى الله بالشكر والعمل الصالح والقرب من أبناء شعبنا بتقديم المزيد من الخدمات لهم، كما بيّنا أن ثقة الناس دليل على ثقل المسؤولية.
🔹أكدنا أن إنجاز تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية سببه قناعة الجمهور بمشروع الحكمة والبناء التنظيمي دون أي اعتبارات أخرى.
🔹شددنا على الحضور الميداني والتواصل مع الجمهور وتلبية احتياجاتهم قدر المستطاع.
🔹بيّنا أن مشروع الاعتدال هو الأقرب للجمهور وهو الحل لمشاكل العراق، وأشرنا إلى تنوع الفائزين بين مرشحي تيار الحكمة وباقي الحلفاء والمستقلين، ودعونا إلى الوقوف عند هذه النتائج والإنطلاق منها للاستحقاقات القادمة.
We met with an extensive gathering with the organizational leaders of the Al-Hikma National Movement in Baghdad, we extended our condolences to them and the faithful on commemorating the martyrdom of Lady Umm Al-Baneen (peace be upon her). We also extended our congratulations on the outcomes of the elections.
🔹 We affirmed that the election results compel us to adopt greater humility, down to earth, and a commitment to serve our people. We firmly believe that the accomplishments were made possible by Allah’s grace and the martyrs' sacrifices. We called upon the movement members to intensify their efforts, express gratitude to Allah, engage in righteous deeds, and connect with our people by delivering them more services. We illustrated that the trust of the people serves as an indication of the weight of our responsibility.
🔹 We asserted that the success of the National State Powers’ alliance stems from the public's confidence in the vision of Al-Hikma Movement and organizational advancements, without considering any other factors.
🔹 We stressed the importance of a physical presence in the field, communication with the public, and meeting their needs as best as possible.
🔹 We elucidated that the moderation project is the most resonant with the public, it also represents the solution to Iraq's challenges. We pointed out the diverse backgrounds of the winners, including candidates from Al-Hikma Movement, other coalition partners, and independent candidates. We called for acknowledging and building upon these results for the forthcoming dues.

إلتقينا رئيس المجلس القيادي لتحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية دولة الدكتور حيدر العبادي واستعرضنا نتائج الانتخابات المحلية، وأثنينا على الجهود التي بذلتها ملاكات التحالف من جميع القوى المنضوية فيه لاسيما المكاتب الانتخابية فيها، وأكدنا أهمية استثمار النجاحات المتحققة في تقديم الخدمات وتحقيق تطلعات المجتمع العراقي، بيّنا أيضا أهمية تقوية تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية من خلال مأسسته وتوزيع الأدوار، كما أشرنا إلى أهمية الانفتاح على باقي القوى المؤمنة بطروحاته ورؤاه.
أشدنا أيضا بخطوة الإطار التنسيقي في تشكيل الكتلة السياسية الجامعة لكل قواه السياسية، وبيّنا أن المرحلة تتطلب دفع شخصيات كفوءة ونزيهة وقوية قادرة على تقديم الخدمات وإدارة عجلة الإعمار في المحافظات، كما شددنا على ضرورة التكاملية بين عمل المحافظات وعمل الحكومة على اعتبار أن الخدمات وتحقيق الاستقرار والتنمية المستدامة قاسم مشترك بين توجهات الجميع.
في الشأن الفلسطيني تم التأكيد على ضرورة الإيقاف الفوري للحرب والمجازر التي يرتكبها الكيان الغاصب ضد شعبنا الفلسطيني.
We met with Dr. Haider Al-Abadi, the head of the leadership council of the National State Powers’ Alliance, during which we reviewed the outcomes of the local elections and expressed appreciation for the dedicated efforts of the alliance's personnel, particularly those involved in the election offices. Emphasizing the importance of leveraging the achieved successes to provide services and meet the societal aspirations in Iraq, we also highlighted the necessity of fortifying the National State Powers’ Alliance (NSPA) by strengthening its institutions and ensuring effective role distribution. Additionally, we stressed the significance of fostering collaboration with other powers that align with its principles and perspectives.
Furthermore, we commended the Coordination Framework's initiative in forming a unified political bloc for each political power. We illustrated that the current phase demands the promotion of capable, upright, and resilient individuals who can deliver services and effectively manage the reconstruction efforts in the provinces. We stressed the essential integration between the provinces and the government, recognizing that shared goals of services, stability, and sustainable development unite everyone.
Concerning the Palestinian situation, we reiterated the imperative for an immediate halt to the war and atrocities perpetrated by the occupying entity against the Palestinian people.

خلال اتصال هاتفي مع فخامة الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي باركنا لفخامته إعادة انتخابه رئيسا لجمهورية مصر العربية، وأكدنا محورية مصر في المنظومة العربية، وأن أمنها وازدهارها شرط أساس لأمن واستقرار المنطقة ، كما تطرقنا إلى العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين، ودعونا إلى استثمار المشتركات بما يحقق مصالح الجميع.
في الشأن الفلسطيني تطابقت الرؤى حول تحميل المجتمع الدولي لمسؤولياته تجاه ما يتعرض له إخوتنا في غزة، ودعونا المجتمع الدولي إلى إنهاء حالة ازدواجية المعايير والضغط لوقف إطلاق النار مع إدخال المساعدات وإعادة الإعمار وتوفير مقومات الحياة المسلوبة تحت القصف الوحشي.
وفي الختام عبرنا عن تمنياتنا لفخامته وجمهورية مصر العربية بتحقيق المزيد من التطور والازدهار والرفعة.
During a phone call with His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, we congratulated His Excellency on his reelection as president of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We affirmed Egypt’s pivotal role in the Arab system. Egypt’s security and prosperity is a fundamental condition for the safety and stability of the region. We also discussed the bilateral ties between the brotherly people and countries and called for joint investment to achieve the interests of everyone.
Turning to Palestine, we shared a vision regarding holding the international community responsible for what our brothers in Gaza are experiencing, we also called on the international community to end double standards and pressure for a ceasefire, as well as provide aid, rebuild the city, and restore essential life components that were stolen by the brutal bombardment.
In conclusion, we expressed our wishes for His Excellency and the Arab Republic of Egypt to achieve more progress, prosperity, and elevation.

إن وحدتكم و تعاونكم وتعاضدكم كان ولايزال مفتاح الفلاح ، .. وسر النجاح يكمن في هذه الوحدة وهذه الهمة وفي النوايا السليمة والعمل المشترك و التكاتف والتعاضد.. وهذا النصر ليس نصراً لمؤسسة تيارية أو مجموعة بعينها أو للقيادة وحدها ، بل هو نصر لتياركم بكل أبنائه ومنتظميه ومحبيه وأنصاره، إنه ثمرة الغيارى وحصيلة الوحدة وحصاد الايثار.

فالعدالة ، مطلب إنساني فطري و ركيزة أساسية لبناء مجتمع فاعل متعايش يعززه حضور فعلي ملموس للجميع، كما أن الاعتدال في المواقف والسلوك والخطاب هو مبدأ أساسي في الوسائل والغايات على حد سواء، كما ورد عن مولانا أمير المؤمنين (عليه السلام) في وصف أتباعه وشيعته بقوله:(إن غضبوا لم يظلموا، وإن رضوا لم يُسرفوا، بركة على مَن جاوروا، سلمٌ لمَن خالطوا)، في دلالةٍ واضحةٍ على ضرورة الاعتدال وتطبيق العدالة في كل موضع و في كل حين.

ندين بشدة القصف الذي تعرض له مقر أحد ألوية الحشد الشعبي في العاصمة بغداد، وفيما ندعو للشهداء بالرحمة والرضوان والشفاء العاجل للجرحى والمصابين، نشدد على استنكار محاولات هتك السيادة العراقية، كما نؤكد ضرورة احترام الدستور والقوانين ومنع إرباك الوضع الأمني والسياسي العراقي، ودعم سلطات الدولة العراقية بالالتزام بقراراتها وسياساتها.
حمى الله شعبنا الصابر، ورحم شهداءه الأبرار.
We strongly denounce the bombardment on one of the Brigade headquarters of the Popular Mobilization Forces in Baghdad. We pray for mercy for the martyrs and a speedy recovery for the wounded. We stress condemning any attempt that attempts to overrule Iraqi sovereignty. We also affirm the importance of respecting laws and the constitution, as well as preventing disruption to the Iraqi political and security situation. Additionally, supports the Iraqi authorities by abiding by its decisions and policies.
May Allah protect our steadfast people and have mercy on its pure martyrs.

خلال لقائنا الدكتور الشيخ عبد الحسين خسروبناه أمين المجلس الأعلى للثورة الثقافية في الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، إستمعنا إلى جهود ومشاريع مؤسسته في دعم الواقع الثقافي، كما استذكرنا المحطات الخالدة التي جمعتنا واياهم بشهيد المحراب (قدس سره)، وشددنا على أهمية الجانب الثقافي في تدعيم المجتمع وتحصينه من المشاريع الدخيلة خاصة تلك التي تستهدف الهوية الإسلامية.
كما شددنا على ضرورة اتساق البرامج مع التحديات التي تمر بها الأمة وقلنا "إن المجال الثقافي بإمكانه أن يضع معالجات قد تعجز عنها المنظومات الحكومية" وبيّنا أن تحديات الشباب على رأس الأولويات التي تحتاج إلى معالجة كآفة المخدرات وأفكار الإلحاد والتطرف.
In our meeting with Dr. Sheikh Abdol Hossein Khosrow Panah, the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Cultural Revolution in the Islamic Republic of Iran. We were briefed on the endeavors and initiatives of his institution in bolstering the cultural landscape. Reflecting on the enduring milestones that connected us to Shaheed Al-Mihrab (May Allah sanctify his soul). We stressed the significance of the cultural dimension in fortifying society against external influences, particularly those aimed at undermining Islamic identity.
We stressed the imperative of aligning programs with the current challenges facing the nation, stating “The cultural sphere has the potential to propose remedies that governmental systems may find daunting.” Additionally, we emphasized that addressing the challenges confronting the youth should be a foremost priority, necessitating comprehensive solutions for issues like substance abuse, atheistic ideologies, and extremism.

شعت فلا الشمس تحكيها ولا القمرُ
زهراء من نورها الأكوان تزدهرُ

في ذكرى ولادة الهبة السماويّة والعطيّة الربّانية وسر الإمامة سيّدتنا ومولاتنا الزهراء فاطمة (عليها السلام) ، نستذكر دورها الكبير في بناء وتدعيم قواعد الدين الإسلامي وتثبيت أركانه، وإنّ الاحتفاء بفاطمة هو احتفاء بالإنسان، احتفاء بالكمال، احتفاء بالقيم والمبادئ، حيث إنّ الزهراء (عليها السلام) تمثل الطهر والنقاء، وقمة الإخلاص لله تعالى ، والتفاني من أجل القضية والدين والحق.
وإنها (سلام الله عليها) لايمكن أن تختزل بطائفة أو دين، فهي للإنسانية جمعاء، كما لايمكن أن تختزل بجنس المرأة فهي قدوة للرجال والنساء ..
سلامٌ عليها وعلى سرّها المستودع فيها مابقينا وبقي الليل والنهار.

إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

نشارك شعبنا الفلسطيني الصابر المظلوم، وحركات المقاومة الفلسطينية الحزن والحداد باستشهاد نائب رئيس المكتب السياسي لحركة المقاومة الإسلامية حماس الشيخ صالح العاروري الذي اغتالته اليد الصهيونية الأثيمة في الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، إن هذه الممارسات الإجرامية لكيان الاحتلال أوهن من أن تفت عضد شعبنا الفلسطيني عن مواصلة حق المضي في طريق الانتصار لقضيته العادلة وأن دماء الشهداء وتضحيات المضحين وقود سفرها المجيد المفعم بالفخر والاعتزاز.
رحم الله الشهيد الفقيد وألهم إخوته ورفاق دربه العزيمة في مواصلة طريق الشهادة.

We share sadness and morn with the oppressed steadfast Palestinian people, and the Palestinian Resistance Movements, over the martyrdom of the Vice-President of the Political Office of Hamas the Islamic Resistance Movement, Sheikh Saleh al-Arouri, who has been assassinated by the sinful zionists in the southern suburbs of Beirut. These criminal practices by the occupation entity are weaker than what it takes to discourage our Palestinian people from continuing to triumph to its just cause. The blood of martyrs and sacrifices are fuel to a journey of glorious path filled with pride and honor.
May Allah have mercy on the martyr, and inspire his brothers and companions the will to continue on the path of Shahada.

خلال لقائنا ممثل الصابئة المندائيين في مجلس النواب النائب أسامة البدري، تمنينا للإخوة الصابئة مزيدا من التألق والازدهار مع حلول العام الجديد ومن خلالهم إلى كل الشعب العراقي بكافة مكوناته.
أكدنا أهمية تنسيق المواقف فيما أشدنا بدور الصابئة في الواقع العراقي، ودعونا إلى عودة طوعية للمهاجرين منهم ليسهموا في بناء بلدهم، وأكدنا أيضا ضرورة حفظ حقوق المكونات بما يحفظ وجودها وديمومتها.
كما دعونا مجلس النواب إلى إقرار القوانين المهمة في المرحلة القادمة.

اللّهُم وَاَنْتَ الرَّؤوفُ الرَّحيمُ الْبَّرُ الْكَريمُ، الَّذي لا يُخَيِّبُ قاصِديهِ وَلا يَطْرُدُ عَنْ فِنائِهِ امِليهِ، بِساحَتِكَ تَحُطُّ رِحالُ الرّاجينَ، وَبِعَرْصَتِكَ تَقِفُ امالُ الْمُسْتَرْفِدينَ، فَلا تُقابِلْ امالَنا بِالتَّخْييبِ وَالْاِياسِ، وَلا تُلْبِسْنا سِرْبالَ الْقُنُوطِ وَالْاِبْلاسِ، اِلـهي تَصاغَرَ عِنْدَ تَعاظُمِ الائِكَ شُكْري وَتَضاءَلَ في جَنْبِ اِكْرامِكَ اِيّايَ ثَنائي وَنَشْري، جَلَّلَتْني نِعَمُكَ مِنْ اَنْوارِ الاْيمانِ حُلَلاً، وَضَرَبَتْ عَلَيَّ لَطائِفُ بِرّكَ مِنَ الْعِزِّ كِلَلاً، وَقَلَّدَتْني مِنَنُكَ قَلائِدَ لا تُحَلُّ، وَطَوَّقَتْني اَطْواقاً لا تُفَلُّ فَآلاؤُكَ جَمَّةٌ ضَعُفَ لِساني عَنْ اِحْصائِها.

آلمنا نبأ استشهاد النقيب الطيار العراقي علاء سلمان الذي التحق برفيقه الشهيد العقيد الطيار مروان جلال بعد أيام من المعاناة جراء إصابته بجروح بليغة بعد سقوط طائرتهما إثر خلل فني أثناء تنفيذ واجب دعم وإسناد خطة الانتخابات بالقرب من قضاء طوزخورماتو، الرحمة والغفران لروح الفقيدين والصبر والسلوان لذويهما ومحبيهما وزملائهما في الطيران الجوي العراقي.

باركنا لرئيس تحالف نبني الأستاذ هادي العامري، نجاح الانتخابات المحلية والنتائج التي حققها التحالف وباقي القوى الوطنية المنضوية في الإطار التنسيقي، كما ثمّنا الجهود الحكومية وجهود المفوضية والأجهزة الأمنية في إنجاح الممارسة الانتخابية،
أكدنا أيضا أهمية تشكيل الحكومات المحلية على قاعدة الفريق الكفوء والنزيه والقادر على تحقيق التطلعات، وشددنا على أهمية أن يتسق عمل المحافظات مع عمل الحكومة وتوجهها الخدمي.
في الشأن الإقليمي أكدنا ضرورة إنهاء معاناة أهلنا في غزة، وبيّنا أن المجتمع الدولي معني بإيقاف المجازر من خلال الضغط لإيقاف الحرب وإدخال المساعدات، كما جددنا الدعوة لإنهاء ازدواجية المعايير في التعاطي مع حقوق الإنسان وحرية التعبير.
We congratulated Mr. Hadi Al-Amiri, head of Nabni Alliance's leader, for the local election’s successful outcome and the achievements of the alliance and other national powers working within the Coordination Framework. We also praised the efforts of the government, the electoral commission, and security agencies in ensuring the success of the electoral process.
We also emphasized the significance of establishing local governments based on competent, honest teams capable of meeting the people's expectations. We stressed the importance of aligning the efforts of provinces with the government's service-oriented objectives and line of work.
In the regional context, we reiterated the imperative to alleviate the suffering of our people in Gaza. We illustrated that the international community has a role in halting the atrocities by applying pressure to cease the war and facilitating the delivery of humanitarian aid. Additionally, we reiterated our call to eliminate double standards in dealing with human rights and freedom of expression.

استقبلنا صباح اليوم الجمعة سماحة الشيخ قيس الخزعلي الأمين العام لحركة عصائب أهل الحق، وتبادلنا وجهات النظر حول تطورات المشهد السياسي والاستحقاقات القادمة وسبل دعم الحكومة في تنفيذ برنامجها وتقديم الخدمات.
أشدنا بنجاح الانتخابات المحلية، وثمّنا المواقف والجهود التي بُذلت لإنجاحها، وعلى رأسها موقف الحكومة والمفوضية والأجهزة الأمنية، فيما أكدنا أهمية تشكيل المجالس المحلية وفق رؤية خدمية تتسق مع منهاج الحكومة، مع ضرورة تمكين شخصيات تتسم بالكفاءة والنزاهة لإدارة المحافظات.
عن الشأن الفلسطيني جددنا الدعوة إلى وقف إطلاق النار وإنهاء المعاناة الإنسانية وفتح المعابر، كما دعونا دول العالم إلى تحمل مسؤولياتها تجاه ما يجري من إبادة جماعية لشعب أعزل ومحاصر غالبيته من النساء والأطفال.
On Friday morning, we received His Eminence Sheikh Qais Al-Khazali, Secretary General of Asa'ib Ahl Al-Haq Movement. We discussed views on the updates of the political landscape, the upcoming dues, and ways to support the government in implementing its programs and providing services.
We commended the success of local elections, and we also lauded the positions and efforts expelled for its success, on top of which the positions of the government, the commission, and security forces. We affirmed the importance of forming local councils to provide services that fit with the government’s program, with emphasis on the importance of empowering figures that are characterized by competence and integrity to run the province.
Regarding Palestine, we reiterated our call for a ceasefire, putting an end to human suffering, and opening border crossing. We also called upon the countries of the world to shoulder their responsibility toward this genocide that’s targeting unarmed and besieged people consisting mostly of women and children.

بشعور الفخر والاعتزاز نتلقى نبأ نجاح أول عملية لزراعة القلب الصناعي بمركز الناصرية للمرة الأولى في العراق والشرق الأوسط، إن هذا الانجاز العلمي المتطور يدفعنا للتفاؤل بعزم قطاعنا الطبي والصحي وجراحينا على مواكبة التطور العالمي وإحداث نقلة نوعية في هذا المجال الحيوي الهام، وفيما نبارك لأسرتنا الطبية في العراق هذا الانجاز نحث على ضرورة دعم الطاقات العراقية الواعدة وتمكينها من إبراز طاقاتها ورفد التجارب العلمية المتطورة في مختلف المجالات.
