🍃🍃🍃Time wasters are everywhere🍃🍃🍃
One day, I sat at work and added up all the unannounced conversations that people had with me where they weren’t invited. These conversations happen because I’ve noticed people are bored or unfulfilled. When you’re in this state, it’s easier to go and distract someone else with useless talk about reality TV shows, than it is to work at something that you don’t love.
At the end of one workday that went for eight hours, I counted at least three hours of useless conversations where people walked over and interrupted me.Now you’re probably thinking I’m some anti-social a$$, but I promise you I’m not.
What I am is someone that likes to get stuff done and save the small talk for social occasions where I’m letting my hair down. A lot of small talk is often in the form of complaints. These complaints exist because someone, somewhere, has violated someone else’s rule about how the game of life is played.
Drop the rules, avoid the small talk and don’t allow yourself to be distracted easily. You’ll find you gain at least another three hours in your day.
🍃🍃🍃Time is really all you have🍃🍃🍃
I was on a podcast the other week called “Success Talks.” I do podcast interviews all the time so I can give back and share some of what I’ve learned. At the end of the interview, I normally like to chat with the host and find out their why.
At the end of this particular podcast, I asked the host what he did for a living and he told me he had a bunch of childcare centers and a large workforce of photographers. “Okay cool, obviously a high-roller,” I thought to myself quietly.
He then explained to me that in 2015 he had a stroke and realized that while he was earning a lot of money that he could leave behind for his family, what he really wanted was to leave a legacy. Instantly, the hairs on the back of my neck stood tall.
This friendly podcast host had decided to stop spending time making money and spend his time leaving a legacy that can add value to people’s lives. He realized that in the end, all we have is time. How we use our time is up to us.He’d decided that he would no longer follow society rules for success.
This champion decided that it was time to start a podcast, mastermind, online course, and to attend all the events that exist out there to lift people up and teaching them something.
“It took a stroke for him to realize that life is precious and we have to think very carefully about our purpose”
Don’t let a stroke or major health problem be the catalyst for you to stop wasting time. For me, I let a near miss with cancer have this same effect and if I had my time again I would have acknowledged the importance of time sooner.
🍃🍃🍃So what are you going to do?🍃🍃🍃
I don’t spend my limited time on this planet writing this advice for you so you can waste it like the toilet paper in a public toilet. This stuff is serious to me and I genuinely want you to gain results. If nothing else, at the end of reading this article I want you to make a decision.
That decision involves writing a list of all the things you do each week that are unrelated to your dream or have no joy and fulfillment. Once you have your list, I want you to time each activity. Now I’m not some moron that believes that everything you ever do has to form part of your dream.
Obviously, you have housework, family, etc, that you need to take care of. The purpose of this exercise is to find the things like social media, TV, complaining with work colleagues, and so on, and either cut it out or limit it. This will give you the time you need to divert time back into your dream.
By doing this, I believe you can be even more successful and create a legacy. Time is your best friend if you know how to use it.🌹🌹🌹👍🏻🌹🌹🌹
🌱🌱🌱You’re Wasting Your Spare Time And It’s Killing Your Success🌱🌱🌱
🌹🌹Time, for me, is like ice cream for a five-year-old.🌹🌹 🌹🌹 I treat time like I treat a beautiful woman — with respect. This sweetheart called time is a scarceresource that we’re all taking for granted. We piss our time up against the wall like it’s nothing.
We treat our time like it’s an overflowing beer on a Saturday night that we piss out after we’ve numbed the pain or our failure and lack of action.
It’s time to take back our time. It’s time to take back what is rightfully ours and move forward with momentum and optimism. YOU ARE LITERALLY KILLING YOURSELF AND YOUR DREAM BY WASTING TIME! Make a stand! Wage war with time!
🍃🍃🍃Your dream is won or lost in your spare time🍃🍃🍃
Your goal above all else should be to do the following:
1. Get shelter
2. Find love
3. Help others
4. Achieve your dream
These four things are the basic requirements for you to truly live. You can’t avoid them and without one of them, you’ll be massively handicapped in your pursuit for meaning. The hardest part about being successful is trying to achieve your dream.
That’s because achieving your dream takes a hell of a lot of time. Your dream is not just something you can whip up in a few minutes like a packet of two-minute noodles. To achieve your life’s purpose and be successful, you have to dedicate time to it.
It annoys the crap out of me how many people I meet who want to conquer some giant feat, but then put zero time into it. We are all chasing this overnight success that doesn’t exist. Your spare time my friends is where your dreams and goals come true.
I’ve studied all the great’s of our time and they all seem to be mediocre on the surface. The difference is that these tycoons of their field spent an unreasonable amount of time chipping away at all the goals required to achieve their dream.
They weren’t, during the middle of the freaking week, having a few beers at 11 pm at night. These champions were probably up late at night working on their dream or rising early, but they certainly weren’t wasting a single ounce of time.
Nothing that is worth achieving can be done in a short space of time.Achievements that are remembered decades later take time. We all have the same amount of hours in a day. What we’re missing is that when we get home from work / running a business, we waste the time between the late afternoon and before we go to bed.
Then we wake up in the morning and waste the most productive hours of the day tucked up in bed or having a long and unnecessary breakfast for the sake of wasting time. The last thing on your mind should be any task that doesn’t link to your dream and ultimately your success.
🌱🌱🌱Don’t follow others🌱🌱🌱
It’s so easy to lack passion and follow other people instead. Stop becoming a follower and start becoming a leader.
Program your brain with the idea that you are highly valuable to others and you can absorb knowledge and take action better than anyone.
Coach others without even being asked to and always look for a way to help out. Learn to think on your own and draw your own opinions out of a situation. Rather than being fed by someone else’s opinion, take control, and make your own decisions.🌹🌹🌹😀
🌱🌱🌱10 Ways To Make Your Day More Meaningful🌱🌱🌱
🌹Wake up early. Enjoy the sunrise. Enjoy the quiet, slow pace of the early morning. Use this time to meditate, pray, reflect, write, exercise, etc.
🌹Prioritize. Remember to do the most important things to you and yourfamily. Don’t get bogged down with all of the things that call for your immediate attention.
🌹Read books that answer your deepest questions.
🌹Eat your food more slowly and actually enjoy it instead of just treating it like fuel. Don’t watch the news and play with your phone while eating. Just eat.
🌹Go for a walk and enjoy nature. Sit in a park and listen to the birds. Go to the beach and listen to the waves crashing against the shore.
🌹Watch something funny. Not just something mildly funny, like the average sitcom. But your favorite episode of your favorite comedy, your favorite late night comedy sketch, or something else that will make you laugh until your eyes water.
🌹Begin a project or hobby you’ve been wanting to start, but have been putting off. Take the first step.
🌹Spend time with the people most important to you, not just the activities most important to you.
🌹Do one thing at a time. Whatever is most important to do right now, do it. Let everything else wait. Don’t even think about the next thing. 🌹Multi-tasking gets things done, but not done as well, and not done as meaningfully.
🌹Help others. And be mindful of the good you have done for others and the good you will continue to do, in your work and in your personal life.😀😀😀

Go ahead and make it happen. Forget about what others might think.
There are plenty of challenges. But none of them can stop you.
Prepare yourself well for what you intend to do, then do it. Step forward, keep going, and persist until the job is done.
Yes, mistakes may happen. But that’s no reason to shy away from the good things.
The temporary pains of your effort are nothing compared to the permanent pain of regret. So jump in, meet the challenges, and give the best you have.
Don’t leave yourself always wondering what might have been. Use this opportunity to show yourself and the world all the great things you can do.

Time management and persistence are two types of fuel for cultivating self-discipline. If you waste time and allow yourself to get distracted in progressing toward your desired goal, you welcome unsuccessful habits instead of successful ones and instill those bad habits in your modus operandi. You change your modus operandi and sustain your perseverance by willfully and methodically focusing your thoughts and energy on the goal at hand.
Your choice is whether to demonstrate excellent or mediocre behavior. Are you going to have a successful or an average life? If you choose excellence, you have to fight mediocrity and commit yourself to excellence. Sometimes, being aware of what you don’t want in life makes your self-discipline sustainable over the long haul.
🌿🌿🌿Tips to maintain or increase your self-confidence:🌿🌿🌿
1. Breathe. Trust. – Stopping to breathe and check in with yourself on a regular basis allows you to trust your inner guidance system, your intuition. The more you practice this, the stronger your instinctive feelings become and your trust grows.
2. Go to Bed Early – Sometimes we are over stimulated by daily living. Sleeping can be the only time many people are still or quiet. Make sleep a priority by picking one or two days of the week you will go to bed early. Rest is restorative.
3. Be Adventurous – Make trying new things a regular practice. Buy music from an unknown singer or artist. Take a painting class. Buy something new from the grocery store. Take a different route home from work.
4. Limit Notifications – Check your technology to see what types of notifications you have turned on. Decide which ones are most beneficial and keep only one or two active. Turn all the other notifications off. You will thank me later.
5. Be Your Own Best Friend – Learn to enjoy your own company more than the company of others. In doing so you can take time for self-discovery, try new experiences and decide what you like and don’t like.
🍀🍀🍀About Life🍀🍀🍀
by Napoleon Hill
Life, you can’t subdue me because I refuse to take your discipline too seriously. When you try to hurt me, I laugh — and the laughter knows no pain. I appreciate your joys wherever I find them; your sorrows neither frighten nor discourage me, for there is laughter in my soul.
Temporary defeat does not make me sad. I simply set music to the words of defeat and turn it into a song. Your tears are not for me, for I like laughter much better, and because I like it, I use it as a substitute for grief and sorrow and pain and disappointment.
Life, you are a fickle trickster — don’t deny it. You slipped the emotion of love into my heart so that you might use it as a thorn with which to prick my soul — but I learned to dodge your trap with laughter. You tried to lure me with the desire for gold, but I have fooled you by following the trail which leads to knowledge instead. You induced me to build beautiful friendships — then converted my friends to enemies so you may harden my heart, but I sidestepped your figure on this by laughing off your attempts and selecting new friends in my own way.
You caused men to cheat me at trade so I will become distrustful, but I won again because I possess one precious asset which no man can steal — it is the power to think my own thoughts and to be myself. You threaten me with death, but to me death is nothing worse than a long peaceful sleep, and sleep is the sweetest of human experiences — excepting laughter. You build a fire of hope in my heart, then sprinkle water on the flames, but I can go you one better by rekindling the fire — and I laugh at you once more.
You have nothing that can lure me away from laughter, and you are powerless to scare me into submission. To a life of laughter, then, I raise my cup of cheer! Enjoy Reading! Have a great day😀🍀🍀🍀
🌱🌱🌱Ask Yourself What You Have Learned From Every Event🌱🌱🌱
It is difficult pulling yourself out of a negative funk. You may not feel like plastering your face with a fake smile or looking on the bright side. If that is the case, it is time to get intellectual about the situation and ask yourself what you can learn from recent events. What you learn may not help you in the future, but it certainly will not hurt you. Force yourself to learn from what has just happened, even if all that you learn is that life tries to trip you from time-to-time.
🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂
You have the power to change almost everything in your life, but you also have the power not to change anything.
🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂
🍃🍃🍃You have more spare time than you think🍃🍃🍃
People keep asking me where I find the time to write. In actual fact, I use the time that others waste. I wake up early on a Saturday and blog for a few hours, then I do the same on Sunday. Meanwhile, my friends are just waking up as I’ve finished working away on my blogging dream.
During the week, I wake up early again to edit, find feature images, check grammar and format my blog posts. Again, by the time everyone else wakes up I’ve already finished working on my dream for the day.
To find these extra hours I had to do the following:
– Go to bed earlier
– Not reply to constant social media messages
– Eat energy enriching foods
– Give up TV
– Give up coffee
– Time block phone calls
To gain more time I essentially reduced non-dream producing activities. If I was engaging in something like TV that had no net benefit, then I gave it up.
“Sacrifice is the antidote to time-wasting”
The hours you need to be successful and achieve your dream are there. If you add up all the time you spend doing useless nonsense, you’ll find that you have more hours that you can fill with your dream producing tasks.🌹🌹🌹
🌱🌱🌱Action is all that matters🌱🌱🌱😀😀
You can read as many blogs like this as you want and you can surround yourself with rah rah rah positivity. None of this will help your success. What will help your success the most is taking action on the knowledge you learn from all the different references in your life.
When I say action, though, I mean immediate action, not delayed action. Delayed action is often too late, and it gives us an excuse for when we fail. Fear is what get’s in the way of taking immediate action which is why you have to learn to tango with these scary moments.
I get asked all the time whether entrepreneurs should ask for non-disclosure agreements when talking about their business ideas. I tell them the cold hard truth; an idea means nothing what so ever. The value in an idea is only revealed when action is taken.
I’m sure we all had the idea for Uber in the back of our minds somewhere. Only two intelligent folks decided to put in the effort and take action on a tough business.
Are you going to take action or let someone else experience your success instead while you sit back and continue gaining useless knowledge?
🌱🌱🌱Embrace the negative🌱🌱🌱
There are probably over a billion things that could go wrong for you every day and produce a negative experience for you. If you don’t learn to embrace the negative, then you are going to be choosing to be unhappy a heck of a lot, and that is 100% your fault buddy.
Reframe your brain to understand that negative experiences stop you from going down a path that is not truly in line with your goals and dreams.
“Negative experiences are destiny’s way of moving away the boulders that lie in front of you and helping focus your mind”
Because of evolution, our brains are supposed to notice more of the negative than anything else so that it can protect us from ancient predators who died millions of years ago. The negative in your life doesn’t really exist because you are the one that is labeling these experiences in such a way.
Use a different language when you label a thought, and you will experience something totally new. Think to yourself, “Isn’t it great that it’s raining today. Now I get to stay inside and read a book or call my friends.”
“If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals.” ~ J.K. Rowling

Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else
- Judy Garland
....
It seems to be in the nature of women and men to constantly compare themselves to others. We are all guilty of that.
We see a popular person who seems to be liked and admired by everybody, and think, "I want to be just like her". Or we meet a successful business person and say, "I want to be like him".
Comparing ourselves with others is a waste of time and energy, plus we put thoughts in the back of our mind, "I am not good enough". We are actually fostering a negative self-image.
The underlying reason why we want to be like somebody else might be a lack of self-confidence, or a lack of self-worth.
When you look in the mirror, the image that you see is YOU!
You have no competition, there is only one YOU, and you are unique, one of a kind.
One of the first affirmations I learned when I started on the self-improvement journey was, standing in front of a mirror, saying, "I love myself unconditionally!"
The repetition of that affirmation can have a great impact on you and your life. When your self-love is strengthened, your self-confidence grows, and you feel better about yourself.
When you feel better about yourself, you are on your way to become the best you, you can be. You won't waste a second thinking about being somebody else.
🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂
Self-efficacy is the strength of your belief in your ability to achieve goals. In its negative form, it is a dark, hidden, normalizing behavioral pattern of giving up on your desired goals before you even start.
The beliefs that you have about your abilities shape your entire life. If you have low self-efficacy, you don’t believe that you can achieve your dreams, and you have probably led yourself to live a humdrum life instead of realizing your full potential.
People with high self-efficacy approach challenging tasks as things they can master. People with low self-efficacy avoid challenges and rarely commit to their life goals. They are reluctant to take the necessary actions toward a desired change. They don't believe that change is even possible, so they give up before they even start. They go round and round the goal with their eyes fixated on the ground without even looking up to all that could be, high above them.
The antidote for low self-efficacy is to identify the disempowering self-limiting belief that keeps you far away from a desired outcome.
Thus, here is a committed action plan that successful people practice weekly:
1. Identify a clear reason for a desired goal.
2. See this desired outcome as a positive change.
3. Develop a routine of self-discipline, very consciously focusing on progressing toward your desired goal and not regressing.
• Use time management; prioritize your goal progression daily by staying persistent in choosing your desired outcome again and again.
4. Increase your self-efficacy by:
• Recognizing that it is your limiting beliefs that are slowing you down and impeding your progress toward your desired goals.
• Replacing your limiting beliefs with a new, powerful belief.
5. Assess the clarity of your plan to achieve a desired action, and write down the action plan with specifics and completion dates.
6. Commit to your daily action plan progression by setting morning intentions with priorities to achieve the action steps and evening reflections analyzing the completion steps.
7. Find a partner to share your daily goal’s progress with.
8 . Reward yourself weekly for staying on track.
9. Repeat items 1-8.
Now you know the secret routine of successful people. It's up to you to let your desired outcomes shine and infuse your life with actions. Remember, in order to win, you need to start and progress daily in life! No race was ever won without a beginning.
🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂
💥👆Stop delaying! It is high time you started taking action on your dreams.
The action you take now determines how happy you will be in the near future. It is time to let out what you've been nurturing in your mind. It is time to take what you've envisioned to the next level.
Visualizing what you want to become in life is not enough; you must take action to start living it! Regardless of your challenges, take action!
Stop procrastinating!! Procrastination will only rob you of your deserved greatness.
This is not the time to doubt your power. Break all the barriers and start living to your fullest potential in life. Let your actions bring you happiness.
You deserve to be happy. You deserve success!
Good morning & Have A
Great day ahead! 💐💪
🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂🍃🍂
Trusting in your own judgment, abilities and personal power is the essence of self-confidence. One of my favorite quotes is from Eleanor Roosevelt, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” It’s a great reminder that self-confidence is an inside job.
Self-confidence can be like the weather. Some days your trust in your abilities and judgment may feel a little off and other days you may feel very confident. Hot, cold, cloudy or rainy, the weather is always changing. Like the weather, some days I wake up feeling fantastic! Other days, I want to crawl back under the covers and wait for a new day.
Yes, as human beings with thoughts, emotions, and feelings, we have moments when our confidence changes. That’s life.
And that is okay. Life is still happening all around. The sun rises. The seasons change. There will be traffic for most of us to consider.
Your self-confidence is not controlled by the weather or traffic. These things may affect how your day flows; they don’t ultimately affect your confidence.
I’ve heard older people say many times, “keep living.” My response now is, that is so true. As we continue living there may be factors that affect your self-confidence including:
losing your job
moving to a new city
changes in your relationships
Our lives are filled with constant images, sights, and sounds that impact even the most confident person. The 24-hour news, tweets, posts and social media notifications can also take a toll on you.
I’ve learned to be in my own head and to limit the voices of others in order to maintain a strong sense of self-confidence. I am the creator of my life experiences and I will have to live with the choices I make.
Just remember that you have the power to maintain your self-confidence, it is not dependent on outside forces.
🌱🌱🌱Anyone can quit when the going is hard, but a thoroughbred never quits until he wins.🌱🌱🌱
The going is always hard on the road to greatness. If success were easy, everyone would achieve it. NFL All-Pro lineman Brian Holloway recalled that when he was playing for the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Raiders, there wasn’t a single day when he didn’t feel like giving up because the road was too tough and the sacrifices were too great. He didn’t quit, of course; he was willing to pay the price because he was determined to succeed. True thoroughbreds never quit. Competition only spurs them, and obstacles merely reinforce their determination to succeed. If you have not yet achieved greatness in your life, it is because you have been willing to settle for less. You may not cross the finish line first every time you try, but if you stay in the race, you will eventually prevail.
