Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and policies

• Field: (The Control Room Operator is responsible for overseeing the preparation of mixtures according to approved formulations, leading the production team in processes such as grinding, mixing, and fat melting, and ensuring the proper transfer of materials between tanks and machines. The role also involves coordination with the Quality Control department for sample collection and approval, execution of Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures, monitoring maintenance activities, and documenting all operations. The primary goal is to ensure the production of high-quality food products in compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Employment Type: Full-time
•Working Hours: Daily from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Job Title: Control room Operator
• Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq - Tiamar Industrial Zone
• Required Languages: Kurdish, Arabic, and English

Responsibilities:
• Prepare the required RM according to the recipe.
• Lead all three labors to do the powdering and fat melting.
• Prepare the mixture in mixing tank and ensure proper hydration.
• Contact QC to take mixing Samples.
• Send the ready mixture after QC confirmation to the destination tank through pasto.
• Add culture that is prepared by QC to SET tanks.
• Send ready cultured product to Filling machines.
• Send product to Traditional yogurt tanks, and ice cream tanks.
• Implement all needed CIPs.
• Fill in Production Log sheet all required data.
• Prepare maintenance request and send it to Production supervisor.
• Support maintenance team to do the job in the proper way and save time.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the Control room production field.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, the necessary software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Cihan Insurance Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:

Position: Human Resources Officer / Specialist
Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region

Duties and responsibilities:

• Establish the Human Resources Department and develop company policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Design and implement a comprehensive HR system covering: recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
• Develop and execute programs for building and enhancing staff capacities aligned with the insurance sector’s requirements.
• Lead the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Organize and maintain employees’ records and administrative data in a legal and systematic manner.
• Monitor attendance and discipline, and develop effective mechanisms for time management.
• Contribute to designing and enhancing the company’s organizational structure in line with its strategic goals.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations.
• Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits systems, while working to improve the overall work environment.
• Organize conferences and general meetings related to the company’s legal and administrative & marketing affairs.
• Study prevailing wage systems and employment contracts in the local market, and develop a competitive compensation framework.
• Develop and implement compliance and ethical conduct policies, and oversee their monitoring and enforcement.
• Contribute to the company’s efforts in obtaining international accreditation (such as ISO and others) by enhancing quality and compliance standards.

Education, Job Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in the insurance industry or financial/service sectors.
• Proven track record in establishing and developing HR systems and policies.
• Solid knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and related regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative system-building skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish (English is considered an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Working Conditions

Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Reports to: Laboratory Coordinator
Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq

Position Overview:
Laboratory Technician is responsible for receiving clinical samples, their identification, processing, testing, analysing, recording, reporting results in a timely manner, quality control testing & calibration of equipment as necessary.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities:
- Receiving clinical samples & their identification and safely storing samples to be tested.
- Determining and performing tests needed for the analysis, results recording, reporting, QC testing, calibration and reporting,
- Discussing & answering any technical questions regarding the results.
- Organizing and storing samples in accordance with all safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample.
- Cleaning & maintaining laboratory equipment including recalibration of equipment, maintaining equipment records & daily work logs.
- Staying current on technical and scientific advances in their technical field. Reading and understanding all relevant SOPs & policies.
- Comply with the Good laboratory practice regarding the sample receiving and processing.
- Comply with the QC procedures which are implemented in the sections
- Reviewing and printing patient results as necessary
- Comply with all the documented SOPs & policies related to the assigned section &QA department.
- Report any issues regarding clinical samples, instrument error, shortage of kits and materials, any expired items, and duty rota inquiries to the senior Laboratory technician.
- Monitor the patient results and comply with TAT which is given to the patients.
- Comply with the monthly schedules that are set at the beginning of each month.
- Report to laboratory coordinator about incidents in the section
- Any other tasks given by the lab coordinator and management & to comply with the coordinator instructions.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Education
Bachelors in a medical laboratory technology or related field of study

Experience
Minimum 1 years of laboratory experience or fresh graduate

Language
Fluency in written and oral Kurdish and English

Work Hours
36 hours per week, 6 days a week

Unique requirements of the job
- Self-motivated, proactive in dealing with issues, logical thinker with eye for detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively to create meaningful use of health and laboratory information and technologies.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism and patient
confidentiality
