We seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Finance Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with financial record-keeping, reporting, documentation, and other accounting tasks while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Help manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Conduct basic financial analysis and reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and maintain financial documentation and records.
Ensure all financial documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Assist with the documentation of financial procedures and policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree). with one year minimum experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
