By integrating CCTP, Connect enables app builders to offer native $USDC cross-chain transfers to their users, integrating in as little as 3 lines of code! 🔵
Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol, or CCTP, is a permissionless on-chain utility that enables secure, native $USDC transfers between blockchains.
USDC has become one of the most widely held and transacted tokens, not just on Ethereum but also on new and emerging chains as well.
Users can already send $USDC via CCTP to and from Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum and Avalanche.

It's time! Token bridging to cosmos via Wormhole Gateway is now live! Bridge canonical $SOL, $SUI, $APT, and $BONK to Osmosis, the leading interchain DEX app chain, at https://portalbridge.com/cosmos
At this year's Osmocon, Wormhole Foundation introduced Gateway, an application-specific blockchain that enables developers on cosmos to access seamless cross-chain liquidity. Shortly after, the Osmosis community voted Wormhole in as a canonical bridge service provider.
Today, you can provide liquidity to several concentrated liquidity pools for Wormhole assets on Osmosis:

Wormhole Upgrade Approaching - Expect Temporary Downtime
Hey Wormhole community - As we approach the anticipated launch of the Wormhole Gateway blockchain, there is a required upgrade being coordinated and executed by the network of Wormhole Guardian (validator) nodes. This upgrade will add Gateway to the Wormhole stack, bringing connectivity to the entire Cosmos ecosystem and more security features to the broader Wormhole network.
Please take note that token bridging will pause for several hours this Monday, August 21 around 6AM UTC during the upgrade, and we will keep the community updated throughout the process.

✨ Introducing Wormhole Gateway - an application-specific blockchain, powered by the Cosmos SDK ✨
Gateway’s purpose is to help broaden access (and bring liquidity) to the Cosmos ecosystem while also improving Wormhole’s security and sovereignty. Gateway will enable all of Wormhole’s 23+ connected blockchains across 6 runtimes to be connected to Cosmos via one simple IBC integration.
Gateway was built with two users in mind: Cosmos developers who want to seamlessly onboard users and liquidity from other ecosystems like Ethereum and Solana, and users who want to bridge their assets to or from Cosmos. Anyone will be able to use Gateway to transfer bridge assets that are fungible across Cosmos chains.
