hello. i found a site that is impersonating walletconnect and is the second search result on google when you search for walletconnect. on this site they ask for a persons wallets recovery/seed phrase . I'm not going to share the link here but i just wanted to ask who i should share this info with? I've already reported it to google

No we stake 2 week lock on July 15 th when the even starts
But on the website it shows we can unlock or unstake today at utc 00:00

I'd strongly recommend that you go to https://governance.walletconnect.network and add your questions or comments to the actual proposal. That way, the entire community can benefit from it, and if the proposal is not clear enough to answer the question, it'll give the proposer time to modify the proposal before it's put up to a vote. : )

That's a great question! Again, if it's not clear from the proposal how it's written right now, I strongly recommend that you ask the question. Since the proposal (as written) is what would be enacted if passed, it's important that if there are unclear sections, that that get cleared up before the proposal goes to a vote. : )
