🚨 $66,000 stuck in my Trust Wallet because of what appears to be an iOS keystore failure.

The wallet was created on April 30 in the official Trust Wallet app. From the moment it was created, I could NOT access its recovery phrase — Trust Wallet returned “Account not found.”

The wallet still exists. The TRON address exists on-chain. ~$66,000 USDT is still there and visible in the app.

I checked the iOS Console logs and found:

🔴 Mnemonic export → invalidPassword
🔴 Transaction signing → invalidPrivateKey

Both errors reference the SAME keystore ID.

At the same time, the logs show:

isMnemonic=true
hasKeychainPassword=true
usedStoredPassword=true

So Trust Wallet recognizes the mnemonic wallet, finds and uses the stored Keychain password — but still fails to access the key material.

My case #32162057 has already been escalated to the engineering team. I provided videos, screenshots, Console logs and iOS crash logs.

The case is still unresolved.

Can someone from the Trust Wallet engineering team please explain how the same keystore can return both invalidPassword and invalidPrivateKey while usedStoredPassword=true?

$66,000 is still inaccessible. I need a technical answer, not a generic support response.
