Hello, I'm currently developing a supergroup for my organization, I want to divide it into topics where the admins can see and interact in all the topics, but the others can see and interact only in specific topics, is that possible?
For example:
The board of directors of the organization can follow every thing, but, the people in HR can't see what's going in finance and administration. People in administration can't see what' going in HR and Finance and so on.
Is this possible in Telegram

How To Lemon Tart;
The Base:-
2 Tsp cream
1 egg yolk
¼ Tsp salt
150g all purpose flour
50g sugar
½ Cup Cold Butter
Mix together and let it chill for a while in the fridge.
Then roll to wanted measure.then put in freezer for half an hour then pok it with a fork.
Finally, Put in the oven on 350°C 20 Mins till light golden color.
The filling:
4 eggs + 2 yolk
½ Cup butter
2 lemon zest
1 Cup sugar
½ a cup of lemon juice
Mix the butter with the lemon juice, zest and sugar on heat till desolving.
Then in another bole whisk egg & yolk and put the mix gradually in bit by bit. Then stir on fire till thickens and put off the heat
I like the 3rd option the best. Because I like freedom of speech, but I have seen groups become door mats to nazis who have absolute free speech. When Libertarian groups do this, they fall to the predatory tactics of nazis and eventually they become nazi groups.

Haha, well technically Telegram group owners are entitled to run groups how they see fit, as telegram is a private business and group owners are private citizens.
I put that last one as both a joke and a jab at those types of group owners, there is plenty of them around.

I've encountered a floating issue on Android 14, when there's a new message in the group, and it shows a down arrow with a counter. But the last message I can scroll the list down to is kind of old enough (not even the message sent before the new one, but dated days ago). Re-entering the group page won't help. Only the client restarting solves the issue.

Hi, I guess that this has been requested before, but it would be extremely useful that a new admin role is created to be the Co-owner.
That is for someone to be granted the same editing rights as the owner, with the exception of the following things:
• Create new co-owners
• Transfer the ownership
The reason for this new role is that on many occasions, there are several people managing at a high level groups and channels and one, who not neceseraly is the owner, is the one responsible for the technical management.
Example: an organisation that has several groups and channels.
The president of the organisation is the owner of the groups/channels and passes that role over only to a newly voted president.
Underneath the president, there is a board member responsible for all the technical management of groups/channels.
The president needs to remain the owner, but the tasks are nornally carried out by the tech board member who needs similar editing rights as the owner.
Thanks for considering this new feature.
But at the same time, I don't like punishing people for saying the odd politically incorrect word or misgendering someone by accident. (Which is why i emphasised hate speech directed at members for the purpose or harassment or abuse and not just hate speech)
