Hi, folks. I use the Telegram app to download movies from some bots. The problem is: even if I go to my download folder and delete a certain file, then go to the trash and permanently erase it, it still does not go away. ah and one more thing: you can enable faster preview of chats inside the options: Settings > General > Preview Chats

You are asking this question in macOS Talk (which is mostly used for the native macOS Telegram app), so I assume you are talking about the native Telegram app.

To my knowledge, there are no such shortcuts on the macOS app. There is a preview feature but that's only available from right clicking a chat > Preview.

On TDesktop (or "Telegram Lite" as it's called on macOS) the shortcuts are basically the same:

command+click -> pop out chat to new window
option+click -> open preview
