विभूतियोग (The Yoga of Divine Glories)
संस्कृत श्लोक (Sanskrit Shloka)
श्रीभगवानुवाच।
अहमात्मा गुडाकेश सर्वभूताशयस्थितः। अहमादिश्च मध्यं च भूतानामन्त एव च॥ १०.२०॥
हिन्दी अर्थ (Hindi Meaning)
श्रीभगवान कहते हैं:
हे गुडाकेश (अर्जुन)! मैं समस्त प्राणियों के हृदय में स्थित आत्मा हूँ। मैं ही समस्त प्राणियों का आदि (आरम्भ), मध्य (बीच) और अन्त भी हूँ।
भावार्थ: भगवान श्रीकृष्ण अर्जुन को बताते हैं कि परमात्मा किसी एक स्थान या रूप तक सीमित नहीं हैं, बल्कि वे समस्त प्राणियों के भीतर आत्मा के रूप में विद्यमान हैं। समस्त सृष्टि का आरम्भ, उसका अस्तित्व और उसका अन्त—सब उसी परम सत्ता में निहित हैं। इस प्रकार यह श्लोक हमें प्रत्येक प्राणी के भीतर दिव्यता को पहचानने और सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि के साथ एकत्व का भाव विकसित करने की प्रेरणा देता है।
English Meaning
The Supreme Lord said:
“O Arjuna (Gudakesha), I am the Self dwelling in the hearts of all living beings. I am the beginning, the middle, and also the end of all beings.”
Essence: Lord Krishna explains that the Divine is not confined to any particular place or form. The Supreme dwells within every living being as the innermost Self. The beginning, continuation, and end of all existence are rooted in that one Supreme Reality.
This verse inspires us to recognise the Divine presence within every living being and to cultivate a sense of unity, compassion, and reverence for all creation.

हिन्दी: जब हम यह समझने लगते हैं कि परमात्मा प्रत्येक प्राणी के हृदय में विद्यमान हैं, तब दूसरों के प्रति हमारा दृष्टिकोण बदलने लगता है। प्रेम, करुणा, विनम्रता और आत्मचिन्तन हमारे जीवन का स्वाभाविक अंग बन सकते हैं।
English: When we begin to recognise the Divine within every heart, our attitude towards others starts to change. Love, compassion, humility, and self-reflection can become natural expressions of our inner spiritual understanding.

"Great upheavals are prepared very long beforehand. That is how it has always been since the beginning of time, not only on Earth, but also in the entire creation where nothing remains permanent. Man, like a will-o’-the-wisp, is following his path here below, continuing beyond that which must be for him in the great set-up relating to human nature.
"Creation has so many wheels that they cannot be analyzed and understood by the creature, whatever it may be. It will indefinitely remain mysterious. The divine power cannot be measured; it is prodigious and imposing, commanding respect and total devotion.
"When man understands wherein lies the necessity for his acting with a view of his liberation, he finds by himself the way intended for him. He must first of all become aware of his smallness, and grow in humility and wisdom. Otherwise the doors will remain closed to him.
"To have a Master on one’s road means that one has already come a long way before meeting him; ‘When the student is ready the Master will appear,’ as they say. That is the way it goes. Our fervent abhyasis, in spite of their weaknesses inherent to mankind, were ready to reach the feet of the Master, as was inspired to pious and very fervent beings.
"That is a great privilege in this life where all the rest is mere illusion, swept away when the being incarnated on this earth has breathed his last. In that moment everything takes on its full meaning for him. How will his future be beyond this life? Another mystery peculiar to the destiny of each one, which it is wise to think about from now on, in order to better consider the future."

God knows everything and experiences every emotion, so why create? Why create us?

We all turn to a philosophy or a religion to make sense of this existence, which most of us do not understand; we try to explain something that, for most people, is inexplicable.
Religions arise precisely for this reason: to explain why we exist, why we are born, and why we die. The problem arises when we seek to go beyond the realm of religion itself, trying to understand the true essence of existence. When Someone Makes You the Target of a Joke
Not every uncomfortable situation requires a fight.
Sometimes people enter a conversation carrying their own inner conflict. Rather than dealing with it directly, they look for opportunities to create reactions in others. A public voice chat can become the perfect stage for teasing, provoking, matchmaking, embarrassing someone, or placing them in the spotlight without their consent.
When this happens, remember:
You do not have to defend your character.
You do not have to prove your innocence.
You do not have to match their energy.
Most importantly, you do not have to give them the reaction they are hoping to receive.
In moments like these, I try to remember three things:
1. Stay Grounded in Truth
If someone invents a story about you, exaggerates something, or creates a narrative that is not true, simply return to the truth.
Not because you need others to believe you, but because staying connected to reality helps you stay connected to yourself.
Truth is often quieter than drama.
2. Don't Turn One Incident Into a Hundred Stories
A single uncomfortable moment can easily become:
"Why did they do that?"
"What are they thinking about me?"
"What if everyone believed them?"
"What should I have said?"
Before long, the mind creates a hundred new problems from one event.
Peace often begins when we stop adding chapters to a story that has already happened.
A boundary was crossed.
That is enough information.
Not every event needs a courtroom trial inside our minds.
3. Leave When You No Longer Feel Safe
There is strength in staying calm.
There is also strength in leaving.
If your body tells you that you no longer feel safe, respected, or emotionally regulated, it is okay to step away.
You do not need permission.
You do not need to justify it.
You do not need everyone to understand.
Sometimes protecting your peace is wiser than winning an argument.
A Reflection
A person who is at peace with themselves rarely needs strangers to become characters in their game.
And a person who respects themselves does not need to become a character in someone else's.
The goal is not to control how others behave.
The goal is to remain aligned with our values when they do.
Sometimes the greatest victory is not proving someone wrong.
It is leaving the situation with your integrity, honesty, and peace still intact. 🌱
