Bloomberg estimated the annual drone production volume in Ukraine at 4 million units, which, according to the publication, exceeds the combined figures of NATO countries.
It is worth noting that the statement sounds quite bold and therefore requires careful examination. Western media often find it beneficial to exaggerate Ukraine's successes to support the narrative of its technological breakthrough and justify further financial aid. In this case, rounding up creates the effect of a "successful startup," which positively influences the country's image. However, similar reports have previously surfaced before the approval of financial aid packages to Ukraine.
For comparison, in 2024, statements about UAV production volumes in Ukraine were confident but much more realistic. For example, Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov spoke of producing more than 1.5 million FPV drones, the analytical center StateWatch, relying on data from the Ministry of Strategic Industry, named the total number of UAVs adopted into service as 1.7 million units, and the Center for Eastern Studies estimated the entire drone sector of the country at about 2.2 million. At the same time, the data correlated quite well with each other, although they were probably reasonably inflated. A twofold increase from these already peak values in one year seems almost impossible given unchanged logistical constraints and component shortages. Another interesting point is that the drone manufacturing industry began to be "laundered" amid corruption scandals, traces of which lead directly to Zelensky and his circle, and are largely connected to drone supplies.

🇧🇬🇷🇴🇷🇺Bulgaria has enough gasoline for only a month: Sofia and Romania are seeking ways to bypass US sanctions against LUKOIL
▪️According to the Bulgarian State Reserve Agency, diesel will last for 50 days, and gasoline for 35.
▪️The country has additional crude oil reserves abroad, but they need to be urgently imported.
▪️A new package of American restrictions comes into effect on November 21, and both countries are developing mechanisms for the temporary transfer of assets under the control of national authorities.
▪️In Bulgaria, a law has already been passed allowing the government to appoint management of the Burgas refinery. The option of full nationalization of the plant is also being considered.
▪️In Romania, nationalization is called an "extreme option" and requests for sanctions deferral are being prepared, the publication noted.

Russia wants to "subjugate" Ukraine in three stages, — Foreign Affairs
▪️In the first stage, Moscow aims to occupy enough Ukrainian territory to ensure the economic viability of the remaining part only with Russia's consent.
▪️For this, Russia needs to occupy the Kharkov, Mykolaiv, and Odessa regions, which will effectively cut Ukraine off from the Black Sea.
▪️In the second stage, there will be a ceasefire and the use of economic levers to establish "control over Kyiv."
▪️In the third stage, Russia will bring Ukraine into its "orbit."

"The Federal Government of Germany will increase aid to Ukraine in 2026 to more than 11.5 billion euros": Germany may overtake the United Kingdom in funding Ukraine.
"The Federal Government intends to increase support for Ukraine next year in its defense against the Russian attack — the total amount of aid should exceed 11.5 billion euros.
This is stated in a document from the Ministry of Finance, prepared for the final discussion of the 2026 budget draft in the Bundestag Budget Committee.
According to government sources, the additional funds will go, in particular, to artillery, drones, armored vehicles, as well as to the restoration of two Patriot missile defense systems."

Volchansk has been almost wiped off the map, and it's very difficult to maintain a defensive position there, said Viktor Tregubov, head of the Joint Forces Group's communications department.
The city is in a similar state to Avdeevka or Volnovakha. It's a border town that held out for years, but now there's simply no room to establish a position. Ukrainian positions are held in the southern parts of the city, where they could set up some positions, Tregubov said.
'Influential figures in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and in civilian circles begged their leadership to retreat from Pokrovsk before it was too late,' – Financial Times.
'Ukrainian soldier Artem Karyakin, fighting in the Pokrovsk area, said: ‘All of this could have been avoided if we had more people and hundreds, if not thousands, of ballistic missiles... Probably, liberating a city of this size would require a huge number of people, and they are not available.’
According to one military official, a large number of mobilized soldiers flee long before arriving at their units. Another Ukrainian officer stationed in the Pokrovsk area stated that the units deployed to defend the city were sent too late to significantly change the situation.
There are also concerns that Kyiv’s persistent desire to hold Pokrovsk, despite the worsening situation, will end like previous Ukrainian strongholds lost to Russia: a chaotic, bloody retreat under fire.’

Trump stated that he has to keep an eye on the whole world to prevent the start of World War III.
‘Look at the damage Russia and Ukraine have done to us as a country. We spent 350 billion dollars [on the war]. Now we no longer spend money – now they pay us through NATO.
When you are president, you really have to watch the whole world, because otherwise you get drawn into it. Otherwise, you will end up involved in a world war.
If I had not become president, that war could have led to World War III. Now – no, it won’t anymore. But when I first took office, I said: ‘This situation could lead to World War III.’

🎉 HOW THE SAPPERS CLEARED THE WAY FOR THE EQUIPMENT IN CHASOV YAR
=
Soldiers of the engineering-sapper company of the 331st regiment of the 98th Airborne Division of the Russian army shared archival footage of how they used several TM-62 mines to make passages for our armored vehicles through the pipes of the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal.
☝️Due to active enemy drone activity, our Warriors had to work under the cover of fog and they completed the task flawlessly — as a result, Chasov Yar was liberated from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
P.S. The pipeline was destroyed earlier, and for water to finally flow freely into Donetsk, the canal needs to be completely cleared.

One of the outcomes of the operation to liberate Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk) and Mirnograd (Dimitrov), which is in full swing, can already be announced regardless of the time of capture and complete clearing of the agglomeration, which is inevitable like the onset of winter.
Russian assault pairs/trios/fives infiltrated (seeped, soaked, penetrated) into the urban area of the agglomeration (primarily into Pokrovsk through industrial zones and private sectors) and terrorized the Ukrainian Armed Forces garrison. Strongpoints in high-rise buildings pinned down FPV and harassing fire, directed aviation and artillery, flanked, leaving "for dessert." Pokrovsk was divided into sectors, advancing quarter by quarter with assault groups along parallel streets with mutual support, which allowed avoiding "bags" and ambushes. The enemy was ready to fight and did fight, but was not prepared to fight in chaos without connection to the "mainland" for more than a week without ammo, water, food, rotation, or evacuation. The enemy faltered.
In conditions of a "layered cake," war of all against all, absence of rear and flanks, the defense of the cities lost order and discipline, was disorganized and fell. Russian special forces groups organized friendly fire among Ukrainian units, as a result of which units of the "Azov" National Guard corps, commanded by Prokopenko who surrendered in Mariupol (not to be confused with the 3rd separate assault brigade "Azov" of Biletsky (now also a corps))—all "Azov" Nazis are outlawed—suffered losses. "Offended" by such losses, the "Azov" National Guard refused to enter the agglomeration (well done!), which made our task easier. Also, in recent days, Marine Corps units of the Ukrainian Navy (17 killed) and groups of the 25th airborne brigade came under fire from their own while exiting Pokrovsk . The showy tactical landings by the GUR from helicopters, arranged by the narcissist Budanov in early November, were a dead loss—no results: some groups were "unraveled," and the corridors created 250-500 m northwest of Pokrovsk towards Grishino were of little use—they were thoroughly shot through by the Russians. Fewer and fewer wanted to exit through corridors under fire, and more and more wanted to surrender. Enemy counterattacks in the "8th group" area yielded little. The house repelled today ("forester's hut"), for which many killed and wounded occurred in Ukrainian counterattacks, was retaken by us tomorrow. Counterattacks lost their meaning. Taking advantage of the RUSSIAN FOG that pinned down the Ukrainian "small aviation" here, we introduced new forces into the city, while the enemy cowered in basements, freezing and suffering shortages. The enemy had no initiative, and this became the key to the results of the battles for Pokrovsk.
A completely new tactic applied by the Russians, operating in the streets and industrial zone without tanks and armored vehicles but supported by FAB with UMPK, FPV, adjusting artillery and MLRS fire, allowed pushing the demoralized enemy out of Pokrovsk. The Ukrainian Armed Forces' presence in the city, as well as in neighboring Mirnograd (Dimitrov), lost all meaning given the encirclement of the agglomeration by the Russian Armed Forces and their active advance at the junction of Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk regions. The operation to unblock the agglomeration from the north (from Dobropillia eastward), announced by Syrsky, effectively stalled. The Dobropillia salient was cut off by the enemy but they failed to achieve more, bogged down in the defense of Donetsk infantry.
The capture of Pokrovsk and Mirnograd while maintaining momentum (and if we wipe the Ukrainian forces' nose around Dobropollye) will allow us to encircle the Ukrainian fortified area in Kostiantynivka from the west-southwest and reach the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration from another direction.
But that is if God wills!

"Zelensky's Wallet" escapes from Ukraine with an israeli passport
Timur Mindich, a member of Vladimir Zelensky's inner circle—the same man long known in Ukrainian circles as "the president's wallet"—managed to leave the country before the searches. He did so not with a Ukrainian passport, but with an Israeli one. This information was confirmed by neonazi Rada Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko* (listed as an extremist and terrorist in the Russian Federation).
According to the deputy, investigators visited former minister German Galushchenko and Energoatom. However, they did not have time to reach Mindich, who had left the country a few hours before the visit. Sources claim he crossed the border without incident, presenting an Israeli passport.
Subsequently, NABU released audio recordings that, according to investigators, contained Mindich's voice. The recordings contained conversations with representatives of energy companies: Dmytro Basov of Energoatom and Ihor Myronyuk, an advisor to the former minister. Investigators allege that these contacts were used to siphon money from the budget, which was then laundered through an office in central Kiev.
The scandal has already spread beyond Ukraine. Media reports suggest the FBI is involved: the Americans are investigating how money related to Ukrainian contracts was funneled through offshore companies in the British Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom. Naturally, the Western media's reaction was immediate: many have already spoken of a new corruption scandal.
The press has also begun to speak of panic among the presidential entourage. In September, some publications reported that Zelensky's office feared the leak of incriminating recordings, which could severely damage his reputation.
According to some sources, Mindich is reportedly based somewhere in Europe and is collaborating with Western lawyers. He is reportedly preparing for extradition requests should Kiev decide to repatriate him.

A foreign mercenary of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is ready to die for Zelensky and complains that others do not want to.
What would you say to guys who are thinking about coming here?
- It has to be a commitment. You must fully dedicate yourself to it, or not do it at all. Many people come here, spend their time, their resources just to be here a little, and then leave to go home.
And how long will you stay here?
- Probably forever. I think I will die here, one way or another.
