Bad timing dude, I suppose the Computer market will be crashing down by February or March I estimate. One connectio slot from my Tower broke and I almost bought a new one. It would have bugged me. Are you sure it isn't just the Screen or a Faulty GPU slot? Try another Slot if it has a spare one. But I fear when the lines are dark, that it could be the GPU. In that case buying a low end one could make you go buy this absurd price hikes not even Big Tech can't sustain, since it's mostly artificially made anyways.

Most modern neural networks are trained using backpropagation, but it is not the only way they can learn. Within our AGI research program, we are investigating how predictive coding's architectural flexibility and local learning rules could help mitigate catastrophic forgetting, support decentralized training, and enable more energy-efficient computation.
