The spinoffs are in the drivers seat here, and they are still intending to do the distributions as far as I know. In practice they want to connect it to user actions like app installs, so they get something back for it. This is taking some time but it'll come through. Rejuve is closest to doing theirs.

Sorry, but I agree with @So0o0o0n24 here. The whitepaper stated we would get 5%; SingularityNET funded the initial stage and cost of the spinoff with SNET funds (funds from community inflation). The spinoffs should also be held accountable to pay the 5% airdrop by SNET. It's the same as if I helped found a company; then it's ofcourse not up to them whether they give me shares or not. I would hold them accountable if they didn't, of course.
