Well it’s awfully odd that two admins come rushing to the aid of another fudder whos going on and on about this case. You’re not seeing anything we aren’t seeing. People have a choice, either believe what they say or don’t. Right now the facts are that both entities have stated they wish to dismiss their appeals and action has been taken to do so. We also have a President who’s backing these new crypto executive orders and wants America to lead the world in crypto innovation. This isn’t Biden and Ginsler. Like it or not one of the reasons Trump was voted in was because of his stance on crypto and we should at least give them a chance before we start complaining about them being liars.

I don’t believe this is false hope. I’ve seen nothing yet that would lead anybody here to believe that this case isn’t over. Both agreed to the terms and now they are tying up loose ends. For a case going on as long as this one it’s not going to close down shop over night. And with Paul Atkins at the helm and Trumps commitment to expanding crypto here, don’t you think there’s room for some optimism?? I think it’s a little unfair to call Garlinghouse a liar.

These statements are a little vague, but of course they could. But you have to ask yourself why now? What would be the purpose in lying about the case at this point in the history of the case? It’s not like the SEC hasn’t confined what he said. Why would Garlinghouse put his companies reputation at risk if he wasn’t absolutely sure. I personally dont think he would. Maybe some low level influencer or intern could leak something, but to bring an all out Hollywood style camera crew just to make it up? Doesn’t make sense.
