I don’t really read the mds anymore, but u can mirror projects into explanatory Md subs to catch up on ur tech debts if u vibed a lot, or setup ur own boot sequence in the repo root as a repo harness, set it up mechanically so ur agent has to follow it every time rather than just heuristically, i find llm wiki to be useful when u set the boot sequences to just be simple control surfaces then link to deeper durable pages for more complex instructions

Also, there's stuff specific to directories. Like memory-md, agent/claude md per sub directories. It saves token and make harness more aware in long run
