Therefore, we just need to reprogram our reward system to form new habits. At first, walking 10 km a day might feel difficult, but eventually, one would feel empty if they couldn’t reach that number.

إنَّ الإنسان بطبيعته ميّال إلى رفض الإذلال، ولذلك فإن المُهان الذي لا يستطيع رد الإهانة يجب أن يُصرَّفها مثل الفيتامين سي الزائد في الجسم، وهوّ حين لا يستطيع ردها من مصدرها لا بُدّ له من أن يُصرَّفها بإتجاه آخر (كأن يبكي مثلًا)، إلّا أن الشائع هو التصريف نحو من يستطيع أن يتجبر عليهم.
