Stellar Blade developers promised that they will do their best to sort out the regional lock of their game on Steam with their publisher (PlayStation). And they did, which made it the fastest selling PS game on PC so far.
One day later the majority of games from PlayStation were unlocked without a warning. If you missed the drama — for over a year PlayStation tried to force PSN and restricted their games in 90% of the world.
They unlocked:
• Helldivers 2
• God of War Ragnarök
• Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered
• Marvel's Spider-Man 2
• The Last of Us Part II Remastered
• Days Gone — Broken Road DLC
But some are still blocked: Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition, Until Dawn, LEGO Horizon Adventures, and Ghost of Tsushima.

Unfortunately, MindsEye, the first game from Build a rocket boy (founded by ex-Rockstar executive) has 17% of positive reviews on Steam.
UPD: a few hours later it's 30% positive with only 250 reviews in total and it peaked at 3200 concurrent players. What went wrong?
• Optimization is absent
• The game crashes all the time
• Visual artifacts
• Poor voice acting and writing
• Very bad shooting
• Feels cheaper than it has to be
• Much cheaper
