Believers! Do not make friends with those who have incurred the wrath of God. Such men are indeed bereft of all hope of a life to come, just as those who deny the truth lying in their graves are bereft of all hopes.

📖READING PRACTICE📖
Pollution
I hate pollution. It makes me really angry. I think pollution is greed. People don’t care about the environment so they pollute the air just to make lots of money. Big companies are the worst. They pretend they’re not polluting. They have the money to say they are “green”. Pollution affects us all. We are all less healthy because of companies that pollute the air or our rivers. Everybody needs to think about how we can reduce the amount of pollution we create. Not using the car when we can walk is one way. Turning off lights we don’t need is another. Barack Obama says he’s going to do his best to help the Earth. I really hope he does because if pollution gets any worse, we’ll be in seriously big trouble.

The Wait
We're gonna die. It may be few minutes later or few years later. Whatever the time gap, death is patient, waiting for us. We're putting death on hold to be here. How is it that we want to remain alive to see another day so dearly, making poor death wait for us, but we're not willing to live?
If death had feelings... damn. It waits for us years and years, and for what? We made it wait to hate on others, to let our dreams remain dreams, to scream at our children, to downgrade our women, to discourage our men, to disrespect our parents, to be slaves of our fears and insecurities. What would we feel, if we were in the shoes of death?
I think death probably wants to take us all right here, right now, before we do more damage to the world.
I wonder if I could make death love me, proud of me. I could become immortal; who knows?

Achilles is a character from Greek mythology. When he was a baby, his mother took him to a magical river. She dipped him in the river, and because the river was magical, everywhere the water touched his body, he was protected for life. But, of course, the water didn’t touch his heel. Later, in the Trojan War, he was shot with an arrow in his heel and died.
