So I think it’s one thing to genuinely ask when you don’t know something. It’s another to use the tools available to gather and try to synthesize information for your research purposes. That’s why I asked, “why would they?” referring to a delisting. We have agitators that want to create FUD or be annoying. It’s totally possible but how likely is it, is what I’ve been asking.
If the person genuinely wants to know, how can they figure it out? Maybe even get ballpark close.
In my opinion the probability is low, but what is your argument for a probable case scenario? Why would they?

Binance does what Binance does but they’re a service for profit and I don’t think DGB is near a delisting threshhold.

What would be good data points to look at, to get an estimation (likely, moderate or not likely) for this question?

DGB trading status, daily volume, market cap, liquidity distribution across exchanges, known Binance wallet holdings, monitoring tags?

Are these fair metric or am I forgetting any?

I just checked, there is a 3rd party wallet that shows up called DigiByte - Wallet by Sigma System Inc.

I think there was a lot of negative things said about the wallet developer and the wallet on several social media platforms and you can also read the app reviews.
