For pow you need 51% of the hash power or in dgb case 21% if you have hardware capable of switching between algos.

For pos you need often more then 51% of the supply. Some algos pretty much don't allow 51% attack past a specific point.

according to google: Under PoW, a 51% attack occurs when an entity controls more than 50% of the miners in a network and uses that majority to alter the blockchain. In PoS, a group or individual would have to own 51% of the staked cryptocurrency.

I believe 51% attack based on supply is a proof of stake issue. Digibyte is proof of work.
