Bassed on your previous messages it sounds like you where mining to an unofficial wallet with a known bug that has thankfully been killed and removed from the store.
There is a recovery tool for that wallet at DigiSweep.digiassetX.com
There is no possible way to import a 12 word mnemonic in to the official core wallet and DigiByte Mobile didn't properly use those mnemonics so even if you could you wouldn't find funds which is why those words don't work in other wallets.
Get a standard compliant wallet like coinomi, ledger, ownbit, trust, @SecurusWallet, ect or use DigiByte Core(official wallet).
And yes we have great support this just isnt the support channel it is the general channel.

Sure can. Download DigiByte Core from github backup your wallet.dat and then send funds to it. If you where using DigiByte Mobile(blue wallet that has a long loading screen) then you will need to use DigiSweep.digiassetX.com to send to your new wallet.

I am simply expressing myself. If you don’t like it that ok.
I was mining to this wallet, which seems legit, and I do have access to funds.
Of course not but they prey on people saying they need support which is why the bot tells anyone that needs support to use the tool.
In top right of messages legit bot and admin have tags. Scammers have nothing and we ban as quick as we can.
