CHD has asked Sen. Moreno to consider three requests to draw attention to the damage inflicted on workers who didn’t comply with the COVID-19 vaccine mandate:

As you said in the hearing on July 15, “I’m all for going forward, but there has to be a humility of looking backwards over the period of time in COVID and realize that our government did real damage to real people.” We are here to help you in any way we can.
👉 Carry a Senate bill that might help to rectify the damage inflicted upon fired workers during COVID across the nation.
👉 Reach out to the Religious Liberty Commission (RLC) to draw attention to the tens of thousands of religious exemptions to vaccination that were illegally denied through bogus religious exemption evaluation programs around the country during COVID.

A new Danish study claims aluminum in vaccines is safe — but it was designed not to find harm.

🚨 Lawsuit Against HHS, RFK Jr. Seeks to Add COVID Vaccines to Injury Compensation Program
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services violated federal law by failing to add the COVID-19 vaccine to the list of vaccines covered under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), according to a lawsuit filed by a man diagnosed with a severe blood-clotting disorder he alleges was caused by the vaccine.
Paul Brundage filed the lawsuit in January against then-U.S. Health Secretary Xavier Beccera. However, Becerra’s successor, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., became the target of the suit when he was confirmed in February.
The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, also known as the “Vaccine Act,” requires HHS to add vaccines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for routine use in children or pregnant women to the Vaccine Injury Table within two years of the CDC’s recommendation.
According to the complaint, the two-year period has elapsed, and Brundage “should now be eligible to bring a claim for compensation for his injury in the United States Court of Federal Claims” under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).
However, Brundage is “not able to pursue compensation under the VICP” because HHS has not added the COVID-19 vaccine to the Vaccine Injury Table, the lawsuit states.

📣 IMPORTANT: Lawsuit Targets RFK Jr. for Failing to Set Up Task Force on Childhood Vaccine Safety
Attorney Ray Flores is suing U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for failing to establish a task force dedicated to making childhood vaccines safer, as mandated by federal law.
The lawsuit alleges Kennedy is violating the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which requires the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to promote the development of safer childhood vaccines that cause “fewer and less serious adverse reactions” than existing ones.
The act requires HHS to establish a task force that includes the health secretary, the commissioner of the FDA, the directors of the NIH and the CDC.
It also requires the health secretary to provide Congress with progress reports every two years.
Since the U.S. Congress passed the act over 35 years ago, no health secretary — including Kennedy — has reported to Congress on steps taken toward making vaccines safer.
Flores said in the complaint that because more than 100 days have passed since the Trump administration took office, “any grace period for Mr. Kennedy to rectify the failure of his predecessors has ended.”
Mary Holland, CEO of Children’s Health Defense — which is funding the lawsuit — said it is “blackletter law that the HHS secretary must convene a task force on how to make vaccines safer.”

Dr. Brian Hooker: Yeah, they’re typically incentivized directly by HMOs. HMOs buy and sell vaccines. So vaccines are big business for HMOs. But the incentivization is anywhere from $200 to $600 per fully vaccinated patient as long as their vaccines, a certain percentage of their practice is fully vaccinated. So some pediatricians can make upwards to a million or more a year just in those incentives.”

A majority of the companies in the report said they used AI to flag suspicious student activity, and two companies said they contacted law enforcement at their discretion.

Regardless of the mechanisms through which SARS-CoV-2 evolved, Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D. said the virus has changed into an endemic coronavirus with mild symptoms. He said:
“One possible interpretation of the results is that the SARS-CoV-2 virus evolutionary trajectory is one that takes a direction towards mild symptoms, which minimizes the immune response against it and therefore increases transmissibility. We may one day refer to it as ‘the common cold.’”
