🇾🇪⚡- The Yemeni National Resistance Forces (pro-Hadi forces) state they foiled an attempted Ansarullah landing operation on Zuqar Island, part of the Hanish Islands chain in the Red Sea.

The NRF claimed several boats attempted a landing, but were fired upon. It would be the second time Ansarullah launched offensive operations on NRF positions in just the past few weeks.

📝: The U.S. losing 4 MQ-9 Reapers in 48 hours, all in border areas of Iran, areas which should have been cleared of air defenses, greatly reduce the U.S' ability to gather intelligence on military movements in Iran.

This is the likely reason for the USAF not seeking out transport erector launchers (TELs) and air defense systems which are mobile and instead focuses on static targets like bridges, cell towers, piers & other structures which can be identified through satellite imagery.

Without a significant campaign to clear out Iran's air defenses, if the U.S. is to resume full scale warfare, it will still have to rely on the depleted inventories of AGM-158 JASSM Tomahawk cruise missiles and its variants and that is why the U.S. has kept its strikes limited in scope and stuck to the Iranian coast where glide bombs and other less expensive bombs can be used.

🇺🇸🛢 With the Department of Energy's crude oil inventory at an all-time low, U.S. crude oil exports plummeted this past week after record highs.

The U.S. engaged the past 2 months in a massive oil market manipulation campaign, virtually subsidising global crude oil prices using its own oil reserves to attenuate the impact of the 3rd Gulf War and the shutting off of oil flows from the Middle East.

However, these subsidies couldn't last forever as the U.S. needs its own buffer to prevent shortages, a buffer which is now greatly diminished.

With the Strait of Hormuz again shut down, the clock for renewed gasoline and diesel shortages over the globe has restarted and now the U.S. is unable to release oil from its storages to prevent that from happening.

Over the last few weeks, Russian forces stepped up their offensive operations, and have made significant progress in the direction of Nikolaevka and Kramatorsk.

In the south, Russian forces cleared the remaining parts of Minkovka and the strongpoints south of the village, before securing the entire eastern bank of the Seversky-Donets Canal in this area. Assault groups then crossed the canal, establishing a foothold on its western bank, and entered the villages of Malynovka and Tikhonovka. Some infiltrations have taken place even further west towards Vasyutynskoe and Pershomarovka, to within 5.5 km of the eastern outskirts of Kramatorsk.

To the northeast, Russian forces recaptured the northern part of Nikiforovka and the village of Lipovka, and established control over the forests north of Lipovka. Other forces improved their positions in the forested gullies east of Ray-Alexandrovka, forcing the Ukrainian formations in the strongpoints to the east to withdraw due to the risk of encirclement. From here, Russian forces have reached Ray-Alexandrovka from the south and are attempting to clear the remaining treeline positions east of the town. In Ray-Alexandrovka itself, Russian assault groups captured the town centre and advanced in the northern and southern parts of the town, with some infiltrators penetrating west towards Orekhovatka.
