Telethon is very fast and lightweight. Its little hard to use for new users but use a specific version and you don't need to update timely untill new feature needed.

I was using @qfrmBot — Quick Form - Form Constructor which, when it worked, was a fantastic Form Builder utility that even permitted attaching documents to be submitted in forms.

First that backend attachment functionality stopped working and now it’s totally defunct.
