But what will core decide, if the fix doesnt allow lifting od limit per rules those that cont mining that wont be related to btc bkockchain but instead sort of like a fork like in the case of bch ?

Question from a beginner who wants to progress: I installed a complete bitcoin node (bitcoin core) on my computer thanks to the many tutorials available. Installation took a long time, but went smoothly. I'm running into two problems:
- I can't get any incoming connections. I use Eset Smart Security Premium for antivirus and protection and I've set up a rule for bitcoincore but no change.
- The node is installed and so is my wallet. Who can tell me where to find a tutorial showing how to use the command line, how to approve transactions etc... (I searched without success)

Notice that what specifically is a bug here is that datacarriersize should be matching inscriptions on taproot and not only op_return. That's a node policy feature which doesn't invalidate anything.
