You will indeed. As you can imagine there’s some housekeeping to be done first so that we’re not pulled in multiple directions because then it’s difficult to get anything done.

Not going to ruin the surprise of what it’s talking about, but the first wave is a blog series with 6 installments, each with respective sub-blogs for the respective builder, investor and researcher audience so that everyone know what the update means for each.

Who knows, some of the community may even pick up what’s laid down; re-use those insights to tell their builder, investor and researcher friends and audiences about it… subtle hint 😉

Don’t think of these as “Product” channels, think of them as “Audience” channels.

It’s a discipline in brand hierarchy and content relevance.

A general, non-specific example below, if useful.

Master Content (main channel)
A major announcement or thought leadership piece on the future of decentralised AI infrastructure.

Builders Channels
Focus: How it works, how to build on it, and what tools are available
Breakdown:
• “How-to” thread or walkthrough
• Links to docs, SDKs, or repos
• Dev-focused explainer video
• CTA to build, test, or contribute

Investor Channels
Focus: Why it matters for value creation, market potential, and strategic positioning
Breakdown:
• Market framing thread
• Key charts or comparison visuals
• Digestible thesis summary
• CTA to subscribe or attend a briefing

Researcher Channels
Focus: Novelty, scientific merit, and potential for advancing AGI
Breakdown:
• Quote or insight thread
• Link to preprint/paper/experiment
• Contextual framing of implications
• CTA to explore or join research efforts

Cudos on the work for sure.. Just better to underpromise and over-deliver in future instead of the other way round. The trend of a culture made up of promises, soon's & delays here has just been around too long and it stinks very bad..

Also, to get this done, don’t forget we’ve had to:

- Design the content plan
- Ratify the content plan
- Bring a brand new (to me) team on board and get them up to speed
- Draft the calendar (topics, sequence, content etc)
- Ratify the calendar
- Research the content
- Write the content
- Review the content
- Amend the content
- Distribute for internal approvals

A reminder also, that this is while building out *brand new channels* and doing everything else.

So sure, I’ll be disappointed if it’s a swing and a miss, of course. What’s worse, is if we didn’t swing at all

You know what else? I’m incredibly proud that the team has managed to do all of that with a smile on their face.

I’ll take a delay of a couple of days on the chin with pleasure knowing we’ve been through that cycle and everyone has been happy to pick up a spade and get to work for a new guy they didn’t know a couple of weeks ago.
